"Frank" the '56 International S100 Pickup build / rebuild - Intro
มุมมอง 3307 หลายเดือนก่อน
Frank is a '56 International S100 sitting on a customized '76 Dodge D100 chassis. This video explains what the truck is, and what I am intending on doing for the build project.
Mounting a Vintage Honda 175 on my shop wall
มุมมอง 379 หลายเดือนก่อน
I have my vintage1968 Honda 175 racebike that I want to display on my shop wall. Lets try to build a wall bracket that will safely hold it up there while keeping the brackets to a point where they can not be seen. The plan is to make it look like the motorcycle is just floating on the wall.
Jeep jku chasis is 2 inches longer than the s100s 114 wheelbase
I don't know why the owner that I bought this from chose the '76 D100 chassis. Maybe it want he had sitting around the farm
@4thstreetgarageandfab not judgment on the frame, usually that's how it goes when you're hit roddin🤙🤙
@@arnoldrodriguez6300 Yeah I've seen several different chassis from different brands put under these old International trucks
@@arnoldrodriguez6300 My plan is to 4-Link and coil over swap the rear end this winter
Well done, Now Get Atfer it!
I am I am 😁
Audio is💩
I realized afterwards that my ceiling fans were on while recording and the microphone was trying to compensate. I usually have them turned off while recording.
Like half the height
Plus I was able to move it over about 4" and put it on the center of the tunnel
Richer than Jeff Bezos 😂
😁
Riot narrowly avoided 😅
Well we definitely don't need any of those :))
I love these videos!!! Right to the point and simpley performance of the build. Classic!!
That was my point. No fluff needed :)
Derek would approve!
I'm thinking so :)
Beautiful mate!
Thank you. I think its a pretty cool truck and I can wait to get everything finished enough to drive it around :)
You should keep the t-case and hook a driveline to the front output to run ??? Something hydraulic? air? Generator to charge a Tesla? Rotisserie for a mobile smoker unit? The possibilities are endless 😁👍
True
😂 Jealous of your wheeled table....
It wasn't wheeled when I bought it ;)
Lookin good!👍
Thanks 👍
I have one of these with 80,000 miles just sitting in the far end of my shop my grandpa should be 1 and only owner, any value in the thing? It certainly wouldn’t run as is it’s just sat for along time.
Value is highly subjective. But just because it's been sitting for a very long time doesn't mean that it won't run. What part of the country do you live and how long has it been parked inside away from the elements? I've seen vehicles that have been parked for 40 years come back to life with minimal work. If it was me, there is no way that I wouldn't be trying to get it fired up and drivable.
That’s gonna be a cool truck once it’s said and done. Are you planning on leaving the transfer case in it or ditch it?
I think that I can convert the 4wd Torqueflite over to a 2wd transmission by just swapping out the the tail housing. So that is the plan for now. Will see how it plays out later
Looks really good. And good first video. Get that GSXR up there.
That's the plan!
