I am day one starting my journey in real estate! My question is when cold calling is he calling to see if someone wants help selling their house or is he calling to buy a house?

Do you need to have a license real estate agent to become a real estate broker?

Im with keller williams and i have a mentor but she is so busy she doesn't have time to show me how to do many things and when i ask is like pulling teeth with her. good training but everything is online and you have to look for what you need. good luck if you find it, so much information. we do get some classes but I'm a new agent and i need to learn how to do contracts, how to work command, etc. you pretty much learning all yourself. but my mentor gets paid from my first 2 or 4 deals and she doesn't deserve all that much because she haven't really help as much as she should have or as much as they told me they would she would help.

Appreciate you answering my questions. Great tip on asking other owners and people in the area on Facebook groups, for property manager suggestions. Interesting hearing how you were able to acquire your rental and setting it up. A few follow up questions would be, is special insurance needed for rentals? Are property taxes the same or higher? The rental income generated, how is it taxed? Do the tenants generally pay all the utilities or are there benefits to carrying some by the owner or property manager?

Wouldn't mind owning a rental property, but the idea of cashing out bonds, Gold or the long term has me hesitant. So I guess one question I have is, how does one overcome the fear of making such a large purchase? Once the rental purchase is made, say it's in another state, how does one find property managers that knows the laws, finds good tenants and looks out for the owners? Cool Porsche 911 ! Would be neat to see some car related content. Currently have the hybrid battery pack out of the Prius to replace the voltage sensor, a couple terminals had corrosion on the ends causing the circuit board to fail. VT247

How do you get into the reveals program?

What’s happening is saying “ I charge “ that’s NOT negotiating ., it’s price fixing . That’s what started the lawsuit . Everyone seems to not see that .. also the seller pays both agents then is expected to pay even more as a buyer . That’s a lot of money !
