It's a telephone alcove. A booth is much larger, and you stand or sit inside, and can shut the door. Also, that was not a "dining area". It is a formal dining room. Same with the living room. You would not call a bedroom, a "sleeping area", because it is a room, dedicated to that pursuit. There is a small breakfast nook in the kitchen, too.

I live in North Carolina I plan on moving to Horn Lake..Olive Branch or Southaven that is why I am looking at videos on TH-cam,the neighborhood in this videos looks horrible no upkeep it looks like a ghetto dump I could only imagine what the inside of most of the homes look like since the outside is so bad People that live like that bring home values down it is not that expensive to hire a gardener.I am a black female I have seen neighborhoods like this when I lived in California but I never lived in any of them.I know you are trying to pump this neighborhood up because of your job and I doubt very seriously that you would live there People have to do better it tells a lot about the type of people that live in this neighborhood when the majority of the homes that you showed look a mess on the outside

Given that the cost of new construction has gone up significantly and interest rates rising as well, do these properties cashflow using typical conventional investor financing? 20-25% down, 30 year fixed, I’m not even sure what rates are for investors right now. Rents are higher but prices have gone up so much. Do you need to be a all cash buyer in order to have positive cashflow?
