      @@limbicallstar4229 what really helped was having your dialogue in my head while being out in public. I had to literally force myself to do things I didn’t want to due to my condition, but would normally do before. So essentially it was a combination of forced exposure therapy and your dialogue. I found that was the only way. Eventually the brain rewires and stops firing off over nothing. Took almost a year but fast progress came in the past three to four months. I would like to connect with you outside of TH-cam if you’re open to that. If not it’s totally fine!

      Thank you but I haven't included any loud music into the meditation. I'm guessing that TH-cam is inserting ads. They have been doing this without giving me the ability to turn ads off. I suggest either an adblocker or downloading the file to experience it without ads as they completely ruin the experience.

    Thank you for posting this! I have Dysautonomia ( a miler form of POTS) and am experiencing heat intolerance and leg pain due to blood pooling. DNRS has helped me in the past get over food and environmental allergies. I want to use it now to help my heat intolerance. This gives me an idea of how to configure it. Thanks so much!

    Happy that you are back in business again. I purchased the cards way back when they first came out, and have used them a lot. Was always hoping that you would continue on with making them come to life. I did the BOTEC Round religiously back then, and changed it up by using your intro and outtro with Dr Joe's BOTECs on the inside. Sarita Sol also has some BOTEC adaptations that work in the middle. Or whatever you want to drop in the middle. I just wanted to retain the 'DNRS Round' format so it would be easy for my brain to recognize it. Hope to see more of your creative work. Welcome back !

    Thank you so much for this video❤ I’m now suffering a lot with MCS.. it’s the only one meditation guide I could find for MCS, ill try keep listening to it. I just started to listening but I could feel so good after long time 😊 I wish there’s more of healing meditation guides for MCS. And, for everyone who are suffering with MCS or any other illness , I really hope things get better and be healthy again ❤🙏 (If you could… I hope the add isn’t in middle of audio , cause I really want to concentrate 😅)

    What does "the intention of giving life to life" mean? I've always wondered this doing the BOTEC meditations🤓

      I think of it as our cells are alive, they exist and function, and we're giving them something more than just existing, we're giving them "living". Like the difference between getting up and going to work every day, that feeling versus falling in love. I don't know what Joe Dispenza really meant by it but that is always what I picture.

    Good video the only problem is you don’t pause to give up time to repeat after you, so when I try you’re already on the the next one before I get to say it.

    This meditation is gift to all, but especially to those that are working DNRS and Dispenza's work. I have his Energy Center meditation but I prefer your voice much more. Your music appeals to me more also. You really have a gift. Will you be creating more meditations adapting more Dispenza inspiration with Limbic Retraining ? I would really like to see that. I have been doing this meditation before going to bed, and then again upon awakening. I think that it's really helping.
