I am grateful to say that I am a born again Christian and have been since I was 19.......the reason I believe we have diseases of all sorts such as cancer leukemia autism terminal illness heart disease is because we are still living in a fallen world under the curse of sin until God one day gloriously removes it! In 2 Corinthians 12:9 Paul pleaded with the lord to remove the thorn from his flesh however the lord turned down his request and said “My grace is sufficient for thee! My power is perfected in your weakness!” We can rest assure that God is always with us and if we just lean and rely on him he is always with us, and will never leave nor forsake us! Praise Be to God! He is omnipresent at all times and even though we may experience more than we can handle, he will never put more on us than only he himself can handle! However folks if you don’t know Christ as your savior then it burdens my soul to think that you are headed for a terrible place called Hell where the Bible says the fire is never quenched and the worm dies not! the truth is we are all in a terminal illness state and no one is promised tomorrow! If you want to know how to be saved from this horrible reality then please by all means don’t hesitate to comment right back so I can lead you to the savior! 2 Corinthians 6:2 clearly states “now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation!” And Hebrews 3:15 clearly states, “Today if you hear his voice don’t harden your heartsIt is not me but the Holy Spirit that I pray reveals to you the truth of his precious gospel......John 3:16 says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes on him will not perish but have everlasting life! V 17 says then V 18 says whoever believes on the son is not condemned but whoever does not believe on the son is condemned already because he has not believed on the son whom God has sent! Also Acts 16:30-31 what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house I am not threatening anyone but just warning them what will happen if they reject this precious gift of eternal life! Christ died a horrible criminals death! He was beaten brutally mocked spit upon and endured countless hours of torture pain for all of our sins! Ppl go to hell because they reject that pardon for their sins! And Jesus is saying to them in Matthew 25:41 depart from me you cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels! Hell was only prepared for Satan and his angels! It is not God who threatens anyone it is the craziness of rejecting the free pardon of salvation! It’s like if you’re in court you’ve committed a crime say you murdered someone! Now if you say to that Judge hey I know I’ve done a terrible thing of murdering that person but I hear you’re a good judge and so I know you’ll be fair to me...... the judge is going to reply well yes you’re right about one thing I am a good judge and because I’m a good judge I’m going to see to it that you’re punished and that justice is served! Well then all of a sudden someone you don’t even know comes forward and says you know what I know he’s committed the crime he’s committed and he deserves to go to jail but I really don’t want to see him go to prison so I’ll just go to prison for him so he can go free! So if you accepted that offer you’d be free to leave the courtroom but if you didn’t well you’d be crazy and go to prison yourself! Well that’s exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! He is God in human flesh and he came to this earth lived a perfect sinless life and even though he knew that we had sinned and because of our sins deserved to die miserably but he said no I don’t want to see them suffer so I will go and take their punishment for them! Even though he did absolutely nothing wrong still he chose to take the punishment for our sins so we can be set free from the power bondages and consequences of our disobedience to God! Romans 5:8 says For God commends his love toward us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! 1 John 2:2 says he was made to be the propitiation for our sins! And not just for our sins but the sins of the whole world! 2 Corinthians 5:21 He who knew no sin became Sin for us that we would be made his righteousness! The truth is if you had to get to Heaven by your own effort then you cannot do it! Because Romans 3:10 says there is not one that does good! No Not One! Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death! But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord! But the good news is Romans 10:9 If we confess with our mouth and believes in our hearts that Christ died for our sins then was raised from the dead we will be saved! V 10 For it’s with the heart we believe and it’s with the mouth confession is made unto salvation! God gave us 10 commandments to follow and we’ve broken every one of them! And because God is a good God he cannot allow our disobedience to him to go unpunished! Well then like I just mentioned above his son Jesus stepped forward and said no I don’t want to see them punished so I will take their punishment for them! And also like I said he died a terrible substitute criminal’s death for us on a cross so now all we have to do is accept that payment for our sins and we can escape the terrible wrath of God that is to fall on them who do not accept this atonement that was sacrificed for our sins! Praise the lord Romans 10:13 says Whoever calls on the name of the lord shall be saved! And 1 Peter 1:4 you’re an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you! Christ clearly said in John 14:6 I am the way the truth and the life and no one comes to the father but through me! Acts 4:12 clearly states that there is no other name given unto Heaven or earth by which we must be saved as there is salvation in no other! Jesus clearly states that there is clearly only one way to Salvation and it’s him that’s it! There is no other way! God Bless everyone who reads!

Thanks for your channel!!I can't tell you how many people think fibromalgia is in our heads. I have chronic back pain over top of fibromalgia. The medication has so many slides effects but if I don't take it I can't get out of bed. I'm so sorry you, myself and many others suffer daily but glad again to run across your channel.

I am lying in bed right now. I am having the worst week, thus far, of my life, living with Fibro. I am now 60 yrs.old. The onset and diagnosis of it was when i was 27 yrs.old. I am so phucking tired of this sh!t! I feel so bad that i can not understand how having this extreme amount of pain and suffering hasn't caused my body to just give up. My skin is so sensitive to heat and cold, fabrics, and touch. I feel like i have a fever. All of my joints and muscles hurt. I have so many places on my body that are so TENDER. My neck and upper back are on fire. Last week i went to the chiropractor to get an adjustment. Bad decision!! It hurt me so much. I had made an appt.with a massage therapist. I had to cancel it. It would have been excruciating for anyone to touch my muscles. My shoulders, my back, my hips, my outer knees and my feet. I like to be in the dark when i don't feel well. I have had to disappoint my family so much because of this damn condition. When i am having " CRAZY " pain, all i can do it try to make myself as comfortable as possible and try to sleep and rest til i can have the strength to do the basics. The pain can make me feel nauseous. I could power - through in my 30s because i had 3 daughters to raise. I used to enjoy working in the yard. Now i will have to have bed rest for a week following any normal activity that people do. My husband passed away three yrs ago. Now i am a widow who lives alone. I have no help. I will continue taking care of myself like i have always done, until i give out. I also have stage 4 kidney disease. I am a Christian. I just call out to the Lord, just to please help me. If i couldn't be able to do that, i would have no hope. Having a flare up is like putting your life on hold until it subsides. They ( the medical doctors )for the majority, have no clue about what can really help. I have done it ALL! THEY say its not progressive as you age. I disagree 100 percent. I would not ever wish this condition on my very worst enemy, if i had one. I think that mental trauma has a direct effect on the body. Its like trauma is stored up in my body. I see a great therapist so she helps with those things but i think that ptsd is brutal to the body and has some long lasting effects. I have had some trauma that i just tried to move on from. Out of sight, out of mind... Whatever it may be. That never works, unfortunately. All i can say is just do the best you can. If others don't like it or think its not enough, let it be. If they had to spend one hour in your shoes they would be begging you to give them their shoes back, guaranteed. Nobody knows what it is like to have Fibro, if they have never had it. That also includes medical doctors.

I smoke pot for my fibromyalgia but makes my back hurt extra. Helps everywhere else, hurts my back.

I just came across your page today. Thank you for sharing your journey. I was just recently diagnosed and have been dealing with this since catching COVID in January of 2022. I finally found a daily medicine that helps me some. The fatigue is another thing and I suffer from the dark circles under my eyes. You showed putting eye mask on, can you share what brand?

I have watched several of these videos and non of them have leg pain? I wake up stiff with severe leg pain and cannot walk or move. has anyone experience this? or shoulder pain so bad that your hole arm hurts and cannot move it at all from the pain

Angee, the algorithm sent me one of your cleaning videos today. Probably because I like to watch them! Anyway, I think you would do well with the Flylady cleaning system. I recommend Diane in Denmark’s channel. She has some playlists that are great and timeless. You could start with the 31 baby steps if you like.

Just want to clarify, I incorrectly said I was on painkillers, but what I meant was my fibromyalgia med that killed the pain: Lyrica. I was on Lyrica at the time I filmed this video, and eventually stopped because of side effects such as weight gain. I am now taking Nortryptaline and my fibro is under control. I am aware that painkillers don’t do much for fibromyalgia and I’m sorry I didn’t catch that mistake in editing. ❤

I take Lyrica or Pregabalin. Only thing that kills the pain. I don't know why you are taking pain-killers because FMS is not affected by opioids/traditional pain killers. They don't work, but Lyrica does, and not the same side effects. If you have not tried it, it's worth it-just in case it works for you.

Niacin flush is worth the researching. It doesn’t resolve all my fibroid symptoms but it sure helped out a lot. To do this correctly I match same amount of niacin to glycine so 300 mg of each taken at the same time 3 times per day with fatty food. However I take the last dose before 7pm so that it doesn’t interfere with my bedtime routine.

I get pain all around my head. Not a headache although I get a lot of headaches and migraines, but the head itself. Painful and sensitive when touching, or even when the head is down on the pillow.

I take 10 mg of Amitriptyline at night and my pain is totally gone! I almost had to quit work because of no sleep and so much pain. I thank God for answering my prayer and I'm so grateful. I hope this helps someone. Keep the faith and never give up.

Hi , new sub. I found you on insta, and wasn’t sure what was wrong, but felt like I could relate somehow. I have a screwed up back and have had neck surgery, rotator cuff surgery, and two (R) hip replacements that have dislocated 3 times! I get it! Pain is so difficult, to never have a break!! It dulls but NEVER goes away! I love the idea of the aqua therapy, I’m just worried about getting in a pool, and not having the strength to get back out, due to no strength in my back and legs. I have Neuropathy in my (R) leg. You have given me the idea to try. I just don’t want to fall or be embarrassed, that I can’t get back out, but I know it would help with the terrible muscle spasms that never stop. Thank you, for your encouragement, even though you don’t know me. I understand you so much, when you said you like to go to bed I was so surprised. That’s a true blessing. Bedtime is the worst time of day, for me!Most nights I get maybe 1-2 broken hours to sleep and I am awake again due to pain. The pain med makes me wide awake, but if I don’t take it I will never fall asleep either. It’s a double edge sword. I would love to be encouragement to you somehow! Sometimes, just having a listening ear from someone that doesn’t know you personally helps a lot, but I mainly keep to myself. It really designated with me when you were talking about cooking or standing to complete it! My life savers are my instapot and the air fryer. Because I don’t have to stand and wait or babysit most of the time! I hope you have a good weekend and look forward to help encouraging you in the future! Hi lovely Ur so so right The kitchen is the room ,that takes forever There allways so much more to do , It's the room that takes at least 4 days to deep clean , If u add the pantry and utility longer My cleaning rule for a spring clean ,is 1 wall a day , Means every thing on that wal All along gets cleaned Cubourds/ draws emptied and cleaned even on top Every thing in them gets cleaned and put back , All Cubourds doors cleaned ,ect , And allways go along with 3 bags 1 for keeps ,1 for rubbish ,1 for charity , This works for me ,takes longer ,but so satisfying

Who else gained weight and lost their hair with fibromialgia?.. weight gain even makes the pain in my shoulders and legs worse and my depression worse .. the depression makes the brain fog and lack of concentration worse but despite all of these symptoms The FATIGUE is the worst..oh if only i had energy.

Covid made mine worse.I could ride a bike before covid now I have to walk with a cane.I suffer from vertigo and dizziness every day.

When I have leg pain where I cant sleep it helps to sleep in the floor.The medicine Mirapex helps with restless leg and pain.Also tramadol and advile helps.What pain medicine do you take?

I'm a 66 year old low income diabetic senior . I can't eat potatoes , pasta dishes , bread . These carbs raise my blood sugars . Most of my diet consists of protein and vegetables . I just cringe in frustration when I buy produce . Let alone meat .
