Production range:
You can use it for normal flap disc production, or non-woven flap disc, felt flap disc, M14 flap disc , double flaps flap disc production. Production size range from: 100mm---180mm, T27 & T29.
Backing pad material can be: fiberglass backing, metal backing, plastic backing. This would meet most of your production requirement.
Easy operation
To make the machine operated easily, our engineer designed the cutting head which can be adjust position in X Y Z axis very easily: up & down movement is automatic, both left & right , front & backward movement only need to twist handle.
If you want to produce T29, and make cutting head tilt, you only need to touch 3 screws.
We also create a formula menu in panel, which you can input & store production data for different flap disc production.
Good quality
Equipped the ratio valve & air tank on glue coating parts to provide much stable glue coating.
Whole machine electric parts, we use Inovance brand, highest level parts, to provide a highly stable performance. Inovance is the brand which is used in China high speed rail way, which is quite good quality.
