The tea plantations and some water bodies There is a boating center too where you can opt for coracle ride or jet skiing!! Having maggi while enjoying the spectacular views is a beautiful experience in itself! 6. Kerala Spice Village: Here you can get a good insight about a vast variety of spices & ayurvedic plants and even buy e.g Did you know cinnamon and bay leaf are extracted from same tree??? Yep, I didn’t know this too! Some Touristy stuff: * Floriculture garden: Demonstrates a large variety of flowers and cactuses! * Tea Museum: Depicts about the history and production of tea using old machinery. * Hot Air Balloon * Carmelagiri Elephant Camp: Here some people opt for elephant rides and some for feeding fruits to the elephants. Choice is yours! Hope this helped!

Places to visit in Munnar 1. Madupetty Dam, Echo Point and Kundala Dam: You can opt for Jet skiing or for a boat ride at the reservoir of Madupetty Dam. Try creating echoes crazy sounds & enjoy its echoes at Echo Point. Horse riding can be done at Kundala Dam. All these places can be lil crowdy but provide scenic beauty nonetheless. Snacks & souvenir purchasing can be done at all these places. 2. Hire a jeep for a day and go visit Nadukani View Point for a mesmerizing sunrise from the hills. Later go to Ponmudi Dam for some serene scenic views; from there you can head to Hanging Bridge for some cool pics! Then go to River Valley adventure, you can opt for zipline that takes you over the gorgeous ripple waterfalls. Then may be head to Tiger cave & and Elephant spotting viewpoint. Later, immerse yourself in the magnificence of Viripara Waterfalls and call it a day! You can negotiate with the jeep driver for this whole day package. 3. Kolukkumalai Tea Estate: This is the highest tea estate in the world. You can witness the sunrise at the mountain top which and can get into this tea estate only via government jeeps and don’t forget to have a sip of tea here! 4. Lockhart Gap Road: Lockhart Gap Road View Point definitely captivates every traveller’s heart by its vast picturesque tea plantation. The road certainly is one of the most enjoyable roads to drive/ride on.
