We flew from Phuket to Bangkok, then took a 9 hour night bus to Chiang Mai, waited in a workspace for 8 hours, checked in to our Airbnb and ate THE MOST DELICIOUS DISH WE'VE HAD SO FAR.
Khao Soi is... delectable. And Chiang Mai is STUNNING.
