wanna say late 2023 I discovered and since I’m kind of young I was a kid at their peak and I disxorved them in 2022 and came back a year later. I don’t wanna yap In here about all the things I love about them but I just wanna feel heard since I’m not that much of an “og” fan. I love them like I’m gonna start making music and I would have never thought of approaching music if not for coming back to those old music videos and looking at the rest of their stuff. It’s like a story I was uncovering that was happening currently without me even knowing. It’s unfortunate I didn’t get to live in that moment but they’ve forever changed my life in a ways I never imagined.especially the part about being yourself lol don’t even get me started. So here I am just scraping around for unreleased Kevin and bh songs since brockhampton is no more. And using “natty” for that very purpose. Inspiration is flowing through my veins thanks to Brockhampton and I’m glad I found what I could. There’s so much I could say lol and I’m feeling kind of sentimental about it now. There’s nothing to do about it though, but to carry on. Needless to say I’m gonna sample the shit out of brockhampton lol and hopefully create the same magic of a fanbase they did.

I don't have a whole lot of songs where i can remember where i was or what i was doing when i first heard them, but hearing Ciaran come in at the end of The Family had me sobbing in my car on my lunch break in the parking lot of a Portillo's. It never really hit me how much the group meant to me until it was over. I was a fan of them since iridescence and have lots of good memories attached to their music, like my first vacation to california with a bunch of friends in 2019, we listened to so much bh everytime we were driving around. But still, I'd never really say i was a superfan, there was plenty of stuff i missed, saturation drafts, the tech diff era, puppy leaks, etc. Finding and diving into all of that post-breakup has only made me love the group so much more, so thank you natty and the whole community for keeping it alive. Bh forever ❤

I wasn't expecting that hit me like this. Started listening to them back in 2017 and even though I don't listen to them as much now I always remember those moments back in 2018/19 when I was so excited to hear any song from them. To this day I've never been more invested an artist/artists like I was with brockhampton. Those were probably the last few times I truly felt like I could dream, they were just so inspiring. I think what really attracted me to them was the fact they just felt so genuine, you could feel how much fun they were having and the togetherness and I try to keep the fun in everything that I do now. as someone who listens to thousands of artist and counting. BH music was a blend of every artist i loved, from scream, r&b, rap, metal, emo rap, etc. The blend of all these talents having different taste in music coming together to make one of the best LPs of all time is wild to me, constantly releasing hit after hit. It sucks that there music never made it to the main stream, it sucks that the started fighting, it sucks that they started feeling down, it sucks that there last two lps were prob the worst the group has made. But hey, they were critically acclaimed and were the realest boy group to ever exist in my opinion. All there stuff, every line, every lyric FEELS rawr and real and doesn't feel made in a lab or a studio. This was our modern boy group/gen z group. Just pray we do end up getting another group just as talented as them but i doubt we'll see that. Nothing comes close to BH when it comes to everything i said before. sucks they never got collb with kanye either or before he went insane </3

i will never forget 2/28/2018. when kevin gave the mic to a fan and she asked "when are y'all gonna stop calling out white fans for saying the N word at your shows?", and the whole crowd started booing the fuck out of her. kevin gave the mic to ameer to speak on it and he more or less said "your parents should have raised you better". i'll always be grateful that i got to see all 7 of them perform bleach. when joba was doing this weird little spock motion with his hand, some planet greebus type shit, and pointing out to people in the crowd to see who else could do it, and the first like 5 people he pointed at he shook his head no, and then he looked to me smiling with the nod of approval. when the crowd was chanting for them to play star during the encore, and then the beat for hottie dropped and everyone fuckin lost their minds with excitement. no matter how many times i downsize my closet, the orange jumpsuit is always going to stay. love you family 💜💙🧡
