Balanced review. Only thing I’ll add - as someone who uses it as a primary driver and a city car it’s very very capable. No issue with parking due to compact size, passes through rickshaw size gaps so wonderful in traffic and great to drive in the off-road feels given thanks to our dug up city roads 😅 Just go for the AT instead of MT and it becomes very convenient and comfy. Keep up the good work brother👍🏼

@@quantumquestwaytosucceed Hello, if you have 4-5 family members and the priority is safety and fuel efficiency, you can go with Nexon CNG, but we cannot guarantee reliability or after-sales service. But if you have more than five family members. If practicality, space, and features are important to you, Carens is a good choice even in lower variants. Both vehicles offer turbo options in the engine(not in kia lower variants), but the Nexon CNG is more fuel efficient.
Carens has softer suspension, but the wheel size is small, and ground clearance can be a challenge when the car is fully loaded.

You will get a few extras, such as an infotainment display and a reverse camera. This is preferable in my opinion because it eliminates the need for aftermarket speakers, cameras, and infotainment.

That red stuff inside looks bad....... I ended up taking the regular prestige variant becus of the red interior.
Iam using the Elevate CVT from one year. It's not under power. It's got highest BHP and torque in the segment.If you compare with Creta NA engine,Seltose NA engine and Grand vitara, Toyota Highrider NA engines. Check the specifications of above cars.
@@giridhardandamudi5189 I agree with you, sir; it is the highest on paper, but that is not all. The way everything works together to create the impression of a single product is more important. In order to provide the initial push, the majority of people also compare the engines to turbo engines from other brands. You are not incorrect. Being an automobile enthusiast, I find it disappointing that the Elevate is not selling as well as its rivals despite having a good driving experience and overall package. However, there are still some misses that buyers anticipate.
Yes I agree there are some misses . First there is no choice of engines and gear box and some of the fancy features. The Honda cars India launched the product with wrong strategy . They haven't addressed the competition rightly. But the product is the best.

Ehev will probably improve its value for money,if Honda manages to incorporate it asap,already too late to the party.also the city adas auto breaking is a big big show stopper ,chances of getting rammed from behind is a disaster waiting to happen,and you have to turn if off everytime you restart sigh!!!! Hyundai adas can be permanently switched off n on,so 😊.

@@binoysaikia108 Do you have any requirements? Elevate is the car for you if you want to drive in peace and quiet, it will give you more room , ground clearance and better city rides. Kushaq performs better if you need a fun element. It is small enough to be easily moved around in cities, has seats that are ventilated, and has enough room for four people for lengthy trips. While Kushaq offers better highway mileage, Elevate has better city mileage. You will love Kushaq's DSG, even though it a little on the higher side if talk about maintenance. @@anilkumar-dh9fc 1L turbos get that @100kmph, nothing new about it, also they have more torque which is important for daily driving unlike the horsepower number is which only important for flexing.
1: Higher NVH levels 2: because people paying 19 lakhs so they more feature This is not up to mark, quality has been decreased by honda for aggressive price!!!
Same car as Amaze
It's an underrated car for a reason. Don't get me wrong it's a brilliant car. Honestly one of the best in the segment. Although the engine is excellent but it is highly underpowered for highway use in terms of torque numbers specifically. Horsepower is pretty much bang on. The problem with this car is , it's a fairly robust built car with good safety and with all of that comes extra weight and 145nm is just not enough for a car that weighs close to 1600 KG with all on board. It makes this Car very lethargic to overtake from 60 to 80 or from 80 to 100 KMPH. Which makes it very unsafe as you have to time your overtakes perfectly. what does Car needs is at least 180 to 200nm of torque, power doesn't need to change as it's quite enough. THEY ARE NOT WRONG WHEN THEY SAY FAST/QUICK CAR IS ALWAYS THE SAFEST.
No issue of power at all in manual. Way better power than all NA competitors. You only need to down shift in some cases and that only in hills
@@anukoolsharma9943 compared to NA dude, on highway you need to down shift and rev the motor to oblivion to overtake from 80 kmph 🤦🏻♂️ You don't have to do it on venue,sonet,taigun,slavia,kushaq,virtus,nexon,3XO, basalt, c3, aura (old 1l turbo). Thats my point, a 4 cylinder NA motor has its power higher up rev range but a small turbo 3pot motor has 80% of torque under 4k rpm which is much relaxing to drive. You don't have to constantly shift the gearbox like the fast and furious movies.
In city, turbo engine sucks, but elevate don't ask for frequent gear shift. It is smooth to drive. Comparing it with turbo is justified. I have driven creta seltos NA manual. Both are dull in comparison. Elevate manual is best in NA category.
Also NA 1.5 is any day better than 1.0 or 1.2 turbo
@@anukoolsharma9943 if one is filthy rich they can manage 2 cars on for city other for highway but at this price seg no one is catering to filthy rich. Secondly you are absolutely wrong about turbo cars being bad in city, used to be the case an early days of small turbos today any 1L or 1.2L turbo better in every single circumstance. Non turbo engines are usually larger vs turbo for same power figures which lets them extract more mileage if driven with a normal foot. DAYS OF NA ARE OVER, GDI TURBOS ARE BEATING NA AT EVERYTHING POWER,MILEAGE, EASE OF USE, HIGHWAY MANNERS. Soon Honda will succumb to this or will die a slow death (which we are clearly witnessing)

@@dallomarde5756 if you want to talk about ease of driving kushaq 1L is much better with its 175nm vs 140nm of the honda but honda is a bigger and luxurious car. But personally I will trade luxury for better driving and ease ofhighway drivability any day. Honda's engine is excellent but extremely outdated and both honda and honda fans are reluctant to admit it. Honda needs to bring a Turbo ivtec in india (it's not like you don't have it)
Although we have not tested on hills yet, you may experience turbo lag. If using a manual, you must shift into the appropriate gears and avoid overheating the clutch. And when climbing steep hills, do not expect to get good fuel economy.
