From Chronic Illness to Wholeness: One Thought Away from a New You with Kerry Tepedino
As humans, we have 60,000-80,000 thoughts a day. This gives you 60-80k opportunities to evaluate your thinking and choose again if your thoughts are not serving your highest evolution. In doing so, you are able to rewire your brain through a process called neuroplasticity.
This week’s episode of @fieldswell features @kerrytepedino - Kerry is a mindset expert, author, and industry leader who struggled with low self-esteem, a lack of self-worth and poor body image which spiraled into a personal battle with an eating disorder.
This was until she realized she could continue down a path of unhappiness and poor health, or find the freedom and happiness that her soul always craved, ultimately by making 1 decision to change her life.
Tune in to learn more on how you are one thought away from living your dream life and how to better influence your thought process and in turn behaviors.

I see what you're trying to say, but I wouldn't use the word boring, different word... But that's crazy I actually see what you mean. I just don't think boring is the good word to describe it, however, I have typed several words and keep backspacing them because I cannot find a good one to replace it with😂 Sorry I love words lol. But so basically what you're saying is, the feelings that are more extreme, that's not love, we need to separate That, because it is a signal from our nervous system. That often gets mixed up with the word love. Wow that's actually pretty powerful I never thought about it like that. We like the predictableness/ unpredictableness of TH-cam shorts for example, or tick tock that is geared to our algorithm, that knows what we like, but still gives us some variety within that criteria. Love is different though and love is not this or that. Love Come from above (At least that's what I believe, that's my opinion and I know everybody's got one... Just like elbows😂) But if I can describe, how much trouble, mixing up impulses and feelings from my nervous system... With love... And how much trouble that got me in over the course of my entire life, I suppose it would make a really interesting movie. Because I finally found the person I love and that loves me back, and when I found that, I realized what love wasn't. And what I thought it was, looking back on past relationships, it wasn't really full of love, like this one is. And I know this love is real, because I wouldn't trade it for anything. And I wouldn't trade my son for anything either. I love them both so much. There is no greater love than this: One who would lay down his life for his brother,(or sister) Hello from a saved addict who gets high on life and love. Now that you mention it, that was a big one too, especially when young people are mixing so many different chemicals into their body, causes you to feel all kind of things and look at people in all kinds of different ways and lights. Then that thing that they say, you know that cliche line from that song " Don't know what you got till it's gone" That's way true! Oh and every rose has its Thorn, yeah that one's true as heck too! ....oh And listening to the anthems from guns n' roses and various other hair metal bands from the '80s and '90s... That helps a lot in understanding too. 😂 Def Leppard especially, best love songs right there❤😂

Let's see what it does to my manly algorithm of fishing channels, snipers, fighter jets, And just general array of the most manliest things we can possibly think of... .... And I'm going to do a social experiment and subscribe to this one and see what I get😂 On the real though: Good luck and godspeed

They need to start teaching people about healthy relationships, romantic and otherwise, in schools when people are developing their sense of what is healthy living. These are things they need their whole lives.

i’m 100% with you. the personal development, mindset, and emotional/relational intelligence courses are lacking, forcing us to turn to self help and self improvement books following school when we are in need of better coping skills
