Babygirl, your doing the pipette completely wrong lol no hate, just trynna help u out. You have to squeeze it, put it into the liquid THAN let it go and KEEP IT IN THE LIQUID, atleast for like 10-15 seconds to give it time to suck up into the bulb on the pipette. You just weren't giving it enough time or any time at all to be able to suck up into the bulb. You won't ever get any bottle to fill by pouring it in, I mean u would think it should, right?! But it's sciency stuff lol filling with the pipette is the only way to fill it. Otherwise I'm glad you shown us these new make it minis, where did you find them?! I can't wait to try them myself!! Congrats on finding what you were looking for. It was a challenge building this one because you can’t cure the resin between the layers. I just let it run down the sides and then cured it.
