I dont why everyone freaks out when a character is 4 star? For me its better when a character is 4 star because i can basically try them out for free rather than spending like one hundred thousand million primogems? Idk about anyone else but im quite glad characters like ningguang and ororon are 4 stars because of how easily accesible they are and i use them quite often...
