Illinois launches James F. Evans Global Center for Food and Agricultural Communications
Today the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences (ACES) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign unveiled plans for a global center for food and agricultural communications on The Cowboy Channel as part of the National Ag Day celebration.
Named after the storied agricultural communications pioneer and Illinois professor emeritus, the James F. Evans Global Center for Food and Agricultural Communications will advance excellence in this space through outreach, professional development, research, convenings, and degree programs.

As an HR practitioner in an animal science and nutrition company, (and soon to be alumnus in the LER program), I am very excited to see this development. Congratulations to the University and the ACES program!
I am excited by the new Technology Feed Center; I would love to tour the facility. The support the University has received from the various agencies says something about ACES.
