1 GEN Honda CRV 2001 engine stops randomly while driving and then will start after cooled down

On our 2001 Honda CRV we had problems with it stopping randomly we couldn’t figure out what it was, but we believed it. It was a fuel pump at first it would run sometimes then not run other times we change the fuel pump at First that did not work then after some digging on TH-cam I found a video about this relay you’ll see in the video. The pictures of what goes wrong and how you can tell if it...

Exactly what was keeping my furnace work working efficiently. Inside air temp went from 90 degrees to about 120. You saved me!!
In my case 2010 Express 2500, left T/S not working, L brake light not working, checked fuse 7 under hood, good fuse, checked fuse 8 marked BCM 7, blown, replaced, Left T/S fixed, L Brake light fixed
Was exactly what was wrong with mine. 2008 Chevy express 1500, thank you!!
Looking for that Amazon link for the converter .
Thanks, good video
Hey dude , I did it and it worked 15 sec. With 10amp. Bat charge. And it’s working.👍🏻USA
Right on!!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻im going to do this now !!! Thank you …
Been trying to fix this forever, thank you for posting this! Finally fixed my issue…
Do you have a link for the unit?
Nice job there, working on one I just got for my golf cart
I'm currently having this exact issue and i just bought it believing the guy that it ran good and no engin/transmission problems...15mins into my way home it left me stranded. For the past 10hrs I've been slowly getting home 😅
In my 2014 express it was fuse #29 (10 amps) burned out. Labelled something totally different. Go thru the fuses with a voltmeter that is what I did and found that one. Changed and fixed. Rear only right blinker and brake light would not work, front worked fine. Crazy.
Worked for me. Thanks!
I have NEVER seen a Class C that does not leak in that overhead area...NEVER
Removed tire from wrong side
you are correct sorry to say the internet connection went out before I finished the video and I did not get to show everyone on this one that I got it wrong. I ended up putting it back on and taking it off the correct side. like I said i was on the struggle bus. I had been a many years since I last took a full size tire off a rim.

Do you need to use the brackets
I did this with wood glue before I saw this video a few months back , worked great
I really enjoyed the video and do repair work. Thanks.
Ive got a camper i will need to do something similar to. Having worked with fiberglass on boats my recommendstion would be just go to walmart or any auto parts store & buy some poly fiberglass resin, you can mix it with acetone to make it nice & thin to soak into the wood, no need to special order anything or spend extra money.

Did mine tonight, thanks for showing the twisting in action. I was worried I needed the correct tool until I saw you just crank it down with pliers.
is it common for this radio to stop playing audio as a whole? it still gets power just doesn't play sound to save its life.
Thanks Pal,I’m going to try with my motorcycle trickle charger. This battery has very low usage.scene one take two…….Worked like a champ!,,,
Spent FOREVER trying to find the fuse related to the left turn signal. Thank you for sharing the wisdom.
Good informative video. As a bike/ATV mechanic myself I’m currently getting ready to rebuild the same one which is a rebadged Kymco. Same as the kfx50, and the Arctic Cat DVX90 and DVX50. They are basically the same engines that are found in scooters and I know the cheap 80cc scooter big bore kits will work on the 50’s. It’s nice that you have your Grandpa’s tools. I have some mechanic tools that was passed down to me from my grandpa.
Add a shunt.
It worked for me the 1st time, charged it for a bit, and it actually worked, but after a while, it wouldn't charge on the actual charger
Can you tell me what the torch specs for the 4 big screws are?
What is the valve clearance supposed to be? .004 and .006?
I just did mine in 15 seconds 6/12 v 6 amp output.
Thanks for this video! For those who are wondering this will also work with the Paslode Lith-Ion batteries as well. I had one that was toast, measured 0 voltage. I used my sons RC car battery of all things that was also 7.2v and put a charge to the Paslode battery for about 2 minutes in 1 minute intervals. I got it to register about 4.6v and then it took a charge. Money saved. Thx again!!
Glad you posted this. Looks like this is the solution I was looking for
You saved me some serious time 😂 Chevy did bad labeling job here really got me cussing 😂
Better get on that roof and make sure it is fixed. 😢😢😢
I have just rebuilt my hydro pump on the left side of a scaggs tiger cub( 2007 ) the cap on top stays cold and the one on the right stays warm. Have tried bleeding it. I have switched the cap over to see if that was the problem I rebuilt everything on the pump but the bottom bearing and seal. And is still not working. Do you have any suggestions? Would be much appreciated.
Thanks a lot!!! I fix my problem with this video!! 😁👍🏼
Great Scot... It Worked.! , it worked.
Anyone able to explain where the flywheel timing marks should be?
Very well done. WFCO has had problems with both Auto detection and the one said to be just lithium. This time you got one truly lithium. Many I’ve watched only get 13.4 volts and that makes the lithium battery hood for 80% charge. I’m about to go lithium. I have a WFCO auto detection but I’m removing it. I don’t trust them now. Yours is good now. Enjoy.
I like where you're going with this but I do recommend solar. You said it's not needed for what you guys do but running the generator is contradicting that. When you said you didn't need it for what you do I assumed you were always camped with shore power but if you're with sure power you don't need a generator. I'm not trying to say you're wrong or argue with you but I was the same way a few years ago and I made the switch and I couldn't be happier! I bought two of the new 300 amp hour batteries and a 3000 w inverter with some solar panels up top and I can run my air conditioner 100% off-grid and I don't have to deal with the annoying maintenance of the generator. My last motorhome had a generator but I did this set up anyways and I found out I never used my generator after that The only need was for the microwave. My new camper trailer that I've had for two weeks now is 100% off-grid other than propane for the heater but to make the jump from where you're at right now it's very minimal. Start off with a 100 watt flexible solar panel and a cheap charge controller and no drilling in the roof use eternabond tape and you won't regret it! Can I recommend one thing? The battery came with some heavy duty packing foam that works amazing for an insulator for that battery because lithium does not like being charged in cold temperatures and shuts off at freezing temperatures, the warmer you can keep those batteries the better they will last and the better they will perform
what if mine doesn’t have a code , i can’t find it
The batteries suck
Were is the timing marks on to line up on the engine with flywheel
I just set the piston on top dead when I putting it together for this one you can see at min 25. but yes normally its on the flywheel.
Can you tell me the code you used please
$89
Thanks
Regarding removing the pump drive pulley in order to remove the pump from mower. Is that pulley attached with a taper lock bushing?
Same problem but I had a fast blinking light. I was losing my mind. Replaced #7 and it worked. Thanks
Same problem going mad. Your a life saver just subscribed to your channel. God bless you!
