Recipe ⭐️ Ingredients - 8 slices bacon - 6 eggs - ½ red bell pepper (finely diced) - ½ onion (yellow or red, finely diced) - ¼ teaspoon salt - ¼ teaspoon pepper - 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls - 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) - Everything Bagel Seasoning (or sesame seeds) * Salsa (for serving) Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the bacon. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side. 3. Remove some of the bacon fat from the pan so there is only about a teaspoon left. Add in the diced red bell pepper and onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes or until tender. 4. In a bowl add the eggs, season with the salt and pepper. Add to the pan and stir with a spatula to cook and scramble the eggs. 5. Line a large sheet pan or pizza tray with parchment paper. 6. Carefully open the crescent roll package and unroll them. To create the ring, arrange the crescent dough triangles with point of each triangle facing out towards the edge of the tray. Overlap each piece of dough so that the base of each triangle is overlapped, it will look like a giant star on the pan and there will be a round circle open in center. Press overlapping dough to stick together. 7. On each crescent roll lay a piece of bacon along the stars points. 8. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese along the center of the dough ring. Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over top of the cheese, then add the remaining cheese on top. 9. One at a time, roll the crescents and bacon over by picking up each point of the star and folding it over the scrambled eggs and cheese. Tuck the stars point under the center of the ring to secure it in place. 10. Optional: top the crescent rolls with Everything Bagel Seasoning or sesame seeds 11. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crescents are cooked and golden brown. 12. Serve with salsa to dip and enjoy!

Recipe ⭐️ Ingredients - 2 sheets puff pastry (pre-rolled, thawed) - 1 egg (whisked) Crab Rangoon Filling - 1 ½ cup imitation crab meat (finely diced, approximately 200-250 grams, or canned crab meat drained well) - 1 brick cream cheese (at room temperature, 8 ounce brick) - ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 clove garlic (finely minced or shredded) - 3 green onions (diced) - 1 teaspoon soy sauce - ½ teaspoon sugar Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F with racks in the upper and lower thirds. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper or foil (if using foil, spray with cooking spray). 2. In a large bowl combine the filling ingredients, mix until evenly combined. Note: ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it is easy to stir. If not, microwave on a microwave safe plate for 15 seconds. 3. On a lightly floured piece of parchment paper or kitchen counter, roll out the puff pastry. 4. Spread the filling mixture on top of the puff pastry, leaving a ¼ inch border on the edges. 5. Starting at a long end, roll the puff pastry into a tight log. Press the edges together to seal. Wrap the log in plastic wrap, and refrigerate it, seam side down, for 15-30 minutes (this step is optional, it will make it easier to slice if chilled). 6. Using a sharp knife, cut the puff pastry log into ½ inch slices, 16 slices per log. Optional, you can stretch out the log to make slightly smaller pinwheels and slice the log into 24-30 pinwheels instead. Arrange the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 1 inch apart. 7. In a small bowl whisk the egg. Brush the whisked egg on the sides of the pinwheels and gently over the tops. 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown (rotating and switching the pans halfway through cooking). Serve warm or at room temperature with Thai Sweet Chili sauce or spicy mayonnaise to dip, enjoy!

Recipe ⬇️ Ingredients Meatballs - 1 lb ground beef - ½ lb ground pork - 1 medium red onion - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs - ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled) - 6 cloves garlic (minced) - 1 egg - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (minced) - 1 tablespoon fresh mint (minced) - 2 teaspoon dried oregano - 1 teaspoon dried dill - 1 teaspoon cumin - ½ teaspoon salt - ¼ teaspoon black pepper - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes Tzatziki - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt - 1 cucumber (+1 teaspoon of salt) - 1 clove garlic (medium sized, finely minced or shredded) - ½ lemon (juiced) - 1 teaspoon dill (fresh, or ½ teaspoon dried) - 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) Instructions Greek Meatballs 1. Line a sheet pan with edges with parchment paper or foil. If using foil, spray lightly with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Use a box grater or cheese grater to finely shred the onion, or you can very finely dice the onion with a knife. Add to a large bowl. 3. Add all the remaining meatball ingredients to the bowl and mix until evenly combined. 4. Use a cookie scooper, ice cream scoop, or tablespoon to scoop the meatballs, this recipe makes about 32 meatballs. Roll the meatballs and place on the prepared sheet pan. 5. Bake the meatballs for about 15 - 20 minutes, shake the sheet pan halfway through cooking to flip the meatballs. Homemade Tzatziki 1. Shred cucumber and place in fine mesh strainer over a bowl or plate. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the shredded cucumber to draw or water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze cucumbers to remove remaining water and discard the water. 2. In a large bowl combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, drained cucumbers, and 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste). 3. Can be served immediately but best served after chilling at least 30 minutes in the fridge for the flavors to develop. After chilling season to taste with additional salt, garlic or dill as desired.

Defrost puff pastry according to package directions. 2. Preheat oven to 400°F. 3. On a lightly floured surface unfold your pastry dough and gently roll it out to flatten. Cut each sheet into 4 long rectangular sections. 4. Optional: Spread a line of honey mustard down the center of each piece of pastry. This adds a hint of sweetness to the rolls. 5. Remove casing from sausage. Place sausage in the center of each piece of pastry and stretch into a thin strip. Depending on the size of the sausage use 1-2 sausage per piece of pastry. 6. Brush one edge of each piece of pastry with the whisked egg. Roll the sausage roll starting from the end without the egg wash, over onto of the egg washed side. Leave the sausage roll seam side down. 7. Cut each sausage roll into 6 equal portions about 2" long. 8. Brush the tops of each roll with the whisked egg and top with the optional toppings if using. 9. Place sausage rolls 2" apart (seam side down) on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. 10. Serve with dipping sauce of choice or as is and enjoy!

I tried them a couple of years back I don't like the taste of pillsbury croissant and it ruined the taste.

⭐️ Recipe Dip Ingredients - 1 cup crab meat (imitation or canned lump crab meat that has been drained very well) - 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature (1 brick, 250 grams)) - ¼ cup mayonnaise - ¼ cup sour cream - 2 cloves garlic (finely minced) - 4 green onions (thinly sliced) - 2 teaspoons soy sauce - ½ teaspoon sugar - 1 cup mozzarella cheese Topping - ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) - ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce (optional) Wonton Chips - 24 wonton wraps (cut in half) - Vegetable oil (for frying) Garnish - 1 green onion (thinly sliced) Instructions Crab Rangoon Dip 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In a medium sized bowl combine all the dip ingredients. Mix until everything is evenly combined. 3. Transfer the dip into an oven safe baking dish. 4. Evenly distribute the ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the dip. 5. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the mozzarella cheese has slightly browned. (Note: while the dip is baking prepare the wonton chips). 6. Optional: pour the Thai sweet chili sauce over top of the dip and spread it out with a spoon. This is not a very spicy sauce, it is more sweet than spicy but if you prefer to omit this you can skip this step. 7. Serve with the wonton chips (or chips of choice to dip) and garnish with the sliced green onion. Enjoy! Wonton Chips 1. Note: the wonton chips are optional, you can serve this dip with tortilla chips, crackers, veggie sticks, pita bread, or any chip you prefer. 2. Slice the wonton wraps in half along the diagonal to create two triangle chips. 3. In a frying pan or skillet, add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Heat on medium high heat. Working in batches, carefully place each wonton chip into the oil and fry for about 20-25 seconds, or until golden brown, bubbly, and crispy. Remove from the oil and place them on a paper towel on a plate.

⭐️ Recipe Ingredients - 24 wonton wrappers Filling - 8 ounce cream cheese (at room temperature) - 1 can artichoke hearts in water (drained and finely chopped (approximately 14 oz. can)) - ¼ cup mayonnaise - ½ cup parmesan cheese (shredded) - ¼ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup chopped frozen spinach (thawed and drained) - 2 cloves garlic (finely minced) - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) - ½ teaspoon salt - ¼ teaspoon black pepper Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Combine all of the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully combined. 3. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. 4. Gently press each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin. The wrappers will form a cup. Spray the tops of the wonton wrappers with cooking spray or brush with cooking oil of choice. Bake until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. (Note: watch carefully so they do not burn!) 5. Fill each baked cup with 1-2 spoonful's of the filling and press down. 6. Cover the tray with foil and bake until the filling is warmed through and bubbly, about 10-12 minutes. 7. Immediately remove the wonton cups from the muffin tin and transfer to a wire rack or a plate lined with a paper towel, so the cups remain crispy.
