My minimalist wardrobe
มุมมอง 9K4 หลายเดือนก่อน
Curating a minimalist wardrobe is one of the most beneficial aspects of minimalism - at least, it is for me. While I enjoy fashion, and want to look good in my clothing, I've never loved flipping through a full closet trying to find an outfit. For years I wore just about the same thing every single day - and while things have definitely changed, my wardrobe is still very minimal. Hey friend! 👋 ...

I’ve been bad at minimalism

You pack a lot like me. For a 5 day trip I would also pack 2 pairs of socks. I would also use a carry-on as well. Great content!
It's so much easier to travel light, isn't it?
ok i get that the socks are made of wool but it’s still an insane concept to me to only bring two pairs of socks 😵💫
I usually get two days of wear out of them, so I only really need one laundry load while I'm staying for the trip. It works for me lol.
Another great video Drew! I really like the watch you are wearing I know thats not the main focus of this video, but could you tell me what watch that is so I can check it out? Thanks! Have a great trip!
Thanks for your comment! My watch is from Skagen, you can find it at this link! (FYI, this is an affiliate link) amzn.to/3ZWb06F
Safe traveling & Happy Holidays to you, Grace, and your families!
Thank you and happy holidays!
Happy Holidays, Drew!
Happy Holidays to you too!

MacBook and AirPods - the general public can be obnoxious!
Keep it up. Glad your channel was suggested to my feed. Sub’d
Thanks for your support, Ted - welcome aboard!
I love your vintage furniture (such great design, clean and functional, but beautiful), your money trees, your multitudinous Chemex coffee makers, and your split leaf philodendron.
Nicely done.
素敵なインテリアですね!ラグが特に素敵です!😊

F! black Friday sales! Just buy what you like when you like it. Those sales are a scam.
Black Friday has evolved to the point where it's the entire month of November. I have seen that Walmart started their Black Friday deals at the beginning of November. I wouldn't be surprised if Black Friday extended to the entire month of December🤦🏽♂️
It's pretty crazy how much it's creeped it's way into the days, weeks, months surrounding Black Friday. We can technically say it is creeping into December this year as Cyber Monday is on December 2! But I definitely think it's reached far beyond in the forms of other sales like Prime Day, and Target Circle week. Just a different coat of paint.
Agreed
You are most welcome, Drew-Alexander! Thank you for the name & seller of your couch, it looks dreamy-am hoping I can find it here in Australia! If not then it shall be my template to judge all other couches by😄🤣 Take care, Kindly, Sharlot🌻🌱
What are your thoughts on Black Friday? Do you ever buy anything?
Nope. I just buy things when I need them. Never buy things when they are on “sale”. Also when I do see something I may want or need, wait at least 48 hours. 50% of the time after the wait period, I no longer want the item.
Hey there Drew, Thanks for sharing your safe space with us here on TH-cam! You and Grace have made a beautiful come & cozy space in which to live-go you! Where did you get your couch from please? Kindly, Sharlot😃🌻🌱
Hey Sharlot! Thank you for the kind words :) our couch is the Sven sectional from Article!
Great video, Drew! Really enjoyed this. With a wardrobe this sparse, do you find yourself doing laundry multiple times per week?
Thanks, glad to hear you enjoyed! The amount of clothing has kept me doing laundry about 1-2 times per week (sometimes less) including towels and lights/whites. My accent pieces like overshirts and sweatshirts get worn multiple times before they're washed - same goes for pants as well!
Cute apt love the colors
Hey drew. Can you tell me what tshirt you are wearing in this video? Do you have a go to tshirt in your wardrobe?
All of my t shirts come from either Abercrombie (Classic Polished Tee) or Uniqlo (Supima Cotton tee)! I made an entire video about my wardrobe on my channel if you want to learn more :)
Awesome. I’ll have to check out that video again!

Always feel overwhelmed thrifting, so I’m excited for this one
Walking into thrift stores definitely makes me feel overwhelmed. That's why I'm such a big proponent for online thrifting - that and the selection at my local thrift stores.... well, it sucks. lol
The meaning of minimalism has changed over time, but this home is indeed minimalist. It isnt because you have a lot of stuff that you aren't a minimalist. You simply need to only have what is essential, but also not have an empty and souleds homes, like many nowdays do.
This looks like a standard home for couples starting out their lives. Very Nice👍
Gregory ❤
Lovely place ! I have a Switch too :)
The Heugh Channel has a place for keys but it's a bowl. I have a plastic box that I use for my work badge. I put it in on Friday and I put it in my purse on sunday night.
חקי חיון סביר עד חמוד
coool boy
Not exactly minimalist but still very well done- kind of gives a mid century vibe.
Cool!
Nice to meet you❤
Nice. Thanks for sharing your space.
So nice!
i love stuff like this, its realistic and doesn't reek of pretentiousness.
What wallet is that
That’s the Slim Card Holder by Campbell Cole :)
Utter nonsense. That is NOT minimalist. It’s rammed with cheap and nasty ‘stuff’………you have no idea.
Amei❤
Why the camera next to the Tv? 👀
We had some issues with our cats deciding to pee in our furniture sooooo we got that to figure out who it was and to keep an eye on them if we’re traveling :)
Coffee station & comfy couch, perfect combination 👍
Nice apartment
Gorgeous kitties!! 💖🐱💖🐱 I love that- the cat's bathroom!
It's nice that we can at least hide one of the litter boxes out of sight lol.
Nice apartment but I don’t think it qualifies as minimalist.
Than you don’t fully understand minimalism…it does not mean empty.
I like that it’s not all beige.
It was intentional for us to avoid it being all beige or gray. It's very sterile and uninviting in my opinion. I may like white walls, but never all-beige-everything!
Check out the book Cozy Minimalist. She gives great steps to have a home look and function well with minimal things.
Interesting to watch
This looks like a perfectly normal home to me. The perfect amount of stuff.
I totally agree! This home has a wonderful balance of decor and functionality.
Nice
