This was an unreal comedy of errors. At least poacher’s den has a ton of backup reverie shields (15% was worse hitting than 90% missing). Chocobos and swiftness are way too slow to bother with here outside this self-imposed challenge (even with postgame equipment it gets stupid,though you could give everyone reraise and petrify protection for monster floors) like summoning leviathan.
You will run outta MP too, which at least Rapha’s Skyseer moves are free despite the bad RNG (it is generally easier and cheaper to use arcane strength or black mage iaido for max magick atk), with white mage for speed/versatility). Rod of faith maxes faith without leaving the party for spell based damage. I am glad Beowulf and Cloud could debuff/raise since mimes are defenseless though Mimes Ramza has bravery for knight sword, brawler and katana damage.
Teleport finds exits, and will timestamp da goofs and tips. This will wrap up my FFT vids, since I wanted to show advancing a floor in this frustrating place (treasure hunter for rares though low bravery helps, Rapha still gets a phoenix down).
Caves of narshe is helpful for finding exits (fka deep dungeon) though ya gotta rotate maps and look at the old names (horror for the 9th floor WotL calls interstice):
