Maybe it’s nostalgia, seems the production on the F8 releases was high quality and has a sound that stands out amongst many of the producers during that time, nostrum and sunbeam deserve their credit.
From Home Base to Bill Graham Convention center, bay area raves were the best
I still have my F8 records, do you? Heck, I remember that tiny record shop on Haight st. in San Fransisco that Mars and Mystre owned and operated called F8 records. It was the world's first cybertrance record store. Great tunes and parties those guys threw too. 25yrs or so ago already, time flies.
I also have mine! Miss those days.

Easily one of the most influencial songs in my life. Lots of crazy fun times listening to mars & mystre and socal parties as a young buck.
This tune at raves with its dark sound would bring all the hoes to the yard. The clock sound would let them know it’s time to flood the MainStage!

Yo seriously. Most of the music from the vinyl era is being lost to time. If a song isn't digitized now it's like it never existed. We can't have the history of trance being lost. Mars, find your DAT's and get them on Bandcamp or something. A lot of artists have been doing that lately. I bought Nuw Idol's entire discography a few months ago and then Choo-Choo records last week. I'd love to be able to get he Frequency 8 discography as well.
