I'm back with an update on Dave's Hot Reaper Chicken Sandwich. This is my third time trying it, and unfortunately, the heat level seems to be inconsistent. The first two times I had it, it was a solid 6/7 out of 10 on the heat scale. This time, however, it was closer to an 8.5!
I was really hoping that Dave's would become my new go-to spot for a spicy chicken sandwich, but this inconsistency is making me hesitant. One time it's manageable, the next time it's setting my ass a flame!
You do have to sign a waiver though in my opinion it wasn't waiver worthy until now.
If you're sensitive to spice, you might want to start with the mild option.
Overall, I still enjoy the reaper flavor of the sandwich, but I'm disappointed by the inconsistency.
