Hi, im doing my master's dissertation and i need to design a two speed/gear gearbox for a electric vehicle in KISSsys. All the videos i found only have 1 speed, does someone know how to do a 2speed gearbox in KISSsys? Is it through the shifting table template?

Sir in Case of New shaft design where iam having exclusive bearing {which is special bearing], In that case how to add that bearing {not in catalogue] in shaft editor in kisssys.... Please reply sir.
Did'nt try it yet. Pls. contact your kisssys local support for the special bearing addition in your library. or better use standard bearings in the library.

i have an issue modelling a torsion differential , could you suggest how to model the differential cage and an idea on the type of coupling to use. As a college student still coming to terms with the software
Hi Hammad. There is an example of gear differential in kisssys. Go to file --> open examples --> select BevelDifferentialGearbox.ks. You can review the modelling method as a guide. I will create seperate video tutorial for this one.

Add another coupling in output shaft Add Output Power (2 𝑜𝑢𝑡,) For 𝑃(2 𝑜𝑢𝑡,)update the torque to your required power and click run
