I love vans so much, they have so much grip and it's so durable. My old shoe broke after 1 year but till this day I'm still wearing the vans i brought back in 2023(it still looks fine)

Thanks for the tips. I just got mine out! For those who have trouble, check that you remove all or the same layers of the insert. On one foot, everything came out pretty evenly, on the other the internal foam layer separated.

did it after owning my pair for almost a year and it was a nightmare, but thanks to you, i was able to add my insoles! I have flat feet and returned to work after 4 months of strike and they are killing me each day. I'm excited to see how better they would feel starting in 2 days :)
