I'm so devastated at the news about JK and how serious his condition is. It's impossible to wrap my head around anything other than his welfare. It's a sad state we're in when people in the military think it's ok to hurt soldiers that you are in charge of and are supposed to train to protect their country. Instead of belittling and abusing those soldiers, they are responsible for making them the best protectors of their nations. The seniors should keep in mind that one day, the soldiers that they are abusing might be the ones protecting them during the conflict. Shouldn't they want their soldiers to look up to their superiors with the utmost respect and admiration they received during training? Those soldiers would give up their lives to save their superior. However, how many would do their best for them in a combat situation after having been targeted, humiliated, mistreated, and tortured? These Seniors are not qualified to teach or be in charge of anyone. They don't know the true meaning of being a soldier or leader. To all those Senior thugs who harmed JK out of jealousy, just remember what would happen if you found yourself in trouble in a combat situation and your only savior was the person you abused. Are you going to remember how you treated them and regret it? You should. Anyone who uses their position of power to harm others out of jealousy and insecurity are COWARDS, plain and simple, and should not be a leader of any kind. Soldiers should be proud of their unit, Their superiors, their comrades, and themselves as S. Korean Soldiers. With unqualified Bully leaders, this will not happen. The cowards that hurt JK should be held accountable, court marshaled, and placed in prison so they can reflect on their behavior for a very long time and know that they not only failed JK as a leader, but they failed their country of S. Korea. They are an embarrassment to the Military they represent, the government that relies on them, and the citizens they are supposed to protect. I hope Jk gets well soon. This situation breaks my heart. It was so unnecessary for it to happen. It's unconscionable that the higher-ranking officers did not immediately nip it in the bud instead of trying to cover it up. JK deserved better. Thank God for Jimin, who, without thinking of his own welfare, went in to see what was happening and took it upon himself to get JK some help. We really don't even have all the answers yet. I hope HYBE steps up for once, protects JK and Jimin with the best lawyers, and goes after everyone involved who is responsible for this atrocious incident. Up the chain of command, to government officials should be reprimanded and find a way to correct what has happened through new procedures, training for leaders, or implementing new laws. I hope they all get sued by JK through HYBE. Just thinking of all the victims who have passed through their training being tortured mentally and physically sickens me and makes my heart ache for every one of them. Hopefully, they have all recovered physically, but mentally, I hope those scars do not remain.
