A great but not well known downhill segment in Nordmarka. A hidden gem! Go up towards Skjærsjøen from Hammern (Maridalen) on the north side of the river. When reaching the top, take a right and keep going upwards. When your see the sign showing the blue trail take right and follow the trail down the segment. @@AndreBlnes To bæringer hvor den lengste er 500 meter. Fin og tydelig sti, men veldig steinete.

Thanks! This is from mid February. No guide, only research online for route, weather and conditions.

@@johniecrawley8162 It's long and a lot of ascending, but it seldom gets really step. Also there's a few places to stop on the way to buy beverages etc. Start fairly early and take your time :)
