I am facing a weird issue, when I topup to use done for few international trips, when I topup like say for 50K(in the backend its an FD) I can use that 50k also, now when the date of bill payment is coming on card. Its asking to pay the 50k that I spent in that month. I didnt get this part. that 50k I added is saved as an FD in the card that means I need to withdraw it to get my stuck money back ??

Niyo is a big scam.. Just completed a 21 day euro trip.. Had Niyo SBM credit card (self and wife), niyo dcb debit card. Did atm withdrawal and was charged double everytime, one saying balance enquiry and other as withdrawal charges (300+27+27) x 2. Open loot. The SBM niyo credit card suddenly stopped working in croatia saying security issues and again in Italy saying same thing and we were left in an embarrassing situation twice, once in a restaurant and again elsewhere, thankfully had some cash for which was charged double. Pls go for some other forex cards. Almost wasted 2-3 days with their customer care, who take atleast 30 min to respond despite saying you are priority. Pathetic experience.

U get a lounge pass and can be used internationally only not in Indian airports. I could not use in Kochi but used in Rome. It's written in terms and conditions. However, I would suggest avoiding niyo global altogether. Had a pretty bad experience on my recently completed 21 days Europe trip
