I agree. But what about the people that approach a job as a job and not a career choice? I’ve known so many coworkers with that mentality. I know it’s what keeps people poor. That mentality. If you think of work as something that is filling your time, not a necessity, but something as secondary, there’s an imbalance there in your life a you should just do what you are focusing on outside of work -all the time. FOR MONEY. But for everyone whole likes their job, listen to this guy. This is why ur place sucks…. The base reason, The, “if we fix this, it’s utopia at work”. Shit will fly by!

This is packed with great information. I don't understand why there are only 185 views since April 5, 2021, and even less why there are only six "thumbs ups." It takes so little effort to click on the thumb I don't get why people are seemingly so ungrateful for all the effort that goes into putting something like this together. If there is any way to promote this video and increase its audience, I hope that is done. It deserves attention. Thank you, Dr. Vince Molinaro! :)
