Vinnie Return Plot Twist: Vinnie confided in a friend about his wife and son and being in the Witness Protection Program. Soon after, his friend had a farming accident which defigured him and he lost most of his memory and he assumes Vinnie's identity. This is due to confusing Vinnie's life with his own. Vinnie has left the area by now and is unaware of his friend's accident. Sometime later, on his death bed he reveals to a Priest about 'his life' in the Witness Protection Program and his wife and son etc. When the Priest is in Leah's home and he sees photos of Vinnie he doesn't realise its not the same man on the death bed because the man was defigured.
vinnie was put in prison for fraud or something. his dad did some dodgy deals and left vinnie to take all the blame. Jesse was sent away for killing chloe with his car when he was drunk I think.
hohum567 jesse was one i loved. He was a bad boy but with a kind heart. Such a shame how he left :( i kow he didn't mean to kill Chloe just sux he didn't come back at all. Bem unwin was talented
I totally agree. Jesse was brilliant in Home and Away and for years I have tried My best to find the episodes when he was stealing cars and spray painting them in the garage and took a police chase from Joel. They were brilliant episodes. Wish some one would download them or tell me where to get them. RIP Ben Unwin

Wishful thinking that in a couple years maybe the people Vinnie's in protection from can disappear and he can come back, won't happen though. He was so adorable, I loved Vinnie, and Jesse.

vinnie died in prsion after being sent down for something he didnt do.......... i think it was a fire at the prison that killed him
