You got an awesome deal on that truck. The decals, are most likely from a model kit, and are probably period correct. Decals on the bed said air lift, an air suspension company that is still in business.
@@richardbryant2518 thanks! Do you know where I can buy the dual hydraulics?
Did the driver survive?
@@Republicoftigerland I think so because it was the trailer that fell and the truck looked unharmed
Ok that’s cool!
Nice job on the custom wagoneer! I like the Garfield paint scheme!
Great job! Lots of info and some pretty awesome Tonkas! You’ve got a great collection going there! I see you have the tin containers on the floor in the back there too. Cool! I was told that the numbers on the military vehicles was the old phone number to the main Tonka plant. Back in the day the phone numbers had letters in them used by the phone switchboard operators I believe it was for.
Pretty cool! I like that big controller! Train sets are so fun I’m glad I finally dug mine out too! I like that crane car
Yea the only problem with the crane car is that it sometimes derails the whole train.
@@TheTonkaKidhmm weird. Maybe the boom and hook throws it out of balance around the corners. What size trains are they? O gauge?
They are S gauge so smaller than O. I think the problem with the crane car is that it’s longer than the other cars so the balance is off
@@TheTonkaKid oh S gauge ok. Cool set!
Thanks! 😊
I expected it to be smaller and bright yellow :)
Well done buddy! That rig is in good shape! Nice decals too! Do I see a big Mike on the shelf back there?? Can’t wait to see more of your collection!
Yep I will make a video about it soon!
@@TheTonkaKid cool!
Nice video, but the 49-52 are equal length. The truck you have is a 53.
@ ok thanks
Yes it was. it was a fun trip to the home of Tonka toys.
That’s awesome you got to make it to the old factory! 😃
