We have the iFIT rowing machine but the same principles worked. We just had to hold the iFIT button down for 30 seconds, no need to reset, and the manual screen appeared! We almost caved and signed up for iFIT just to get the thing started. Thank you so much! Shame on the manufacturer not making it clear how to skip to the manual screen!

My rower came with iFIT one year free $430 family of five subscription. I'm the only one using it. Anyways I didn't want it, just wanted to use the freaking machine but didn't know how to unlock it. At first they charged me the full amount for unlocking, but I had to reached a real person to remove it after being online and on the phone for half a working day. I must admit the workout app is pretty good with or without bluetooth connection to the machine(s). Has workouts without machines, yoga, meditation and healthy cooking classes. First 30 day free to everyone to get you hooked. iFIT has a Black Friday for half off, otherwise its very pricey.
