Yes it matters. People with $200k who want to buy a house with that $200k don't give those funds to a bank for free, then take out a $200k mortgage. I doubt anybody has ever done this, and it wouldn't be fraud anyway.

@@ConsumerWatchdogUK They do and its fraud. The $200k deposit comes from CQV and same amount is taken from Bank Ac and listed as an abandoned security. After 3 years bank scoops it up. I hear. Same for every payment from your bank Ac.

I am well aware of the fraudulent activities regarding mortgages etc, i recently represented myself in court and argued that promissory notes are legal tender under bill of exchange. I know about fractional reserve lending, securitisation of financial instruments, and how only flesh and blood humans can create money in to existence. But before i can use this video to awaken other people, i need clarification that this is a genuine exchange in a court of law.
