Rain gear for cyclists isn't for everyone. And for good reason: even if they have vents to evacuate perspiration a little, they're too close to the body to suit tall, heavyset people whose bodies produce a lot of heat and perspiration, especially when pedaling. This is my case, for example, with my 2.02m height; I sweat easily and profusely. What's more, being hairy, the heat emitted by my body remains on the surface of the epidermis and is evacuated very, very slowly because of the hair. Having said that, as I'm a very observant person, I know what type of raincoat I need, which doesn't exist on the market at the moment. It's one that's held 2 or 3 cm above the skin and not tight against it, allowing good air circulation between the garment and the body. It should preferably look more like a sort of long, wide poncho (waterproof) than a suit with separate jacket and pants. So thanks in advance to the engineers if they'd like to look into it!
