Great episode!
Thank you so much!!
💯 Valuable advice no fluff
very interesting!!
Great interview! I like the part where Greg talks about the importance of experience in this field.
so she uses a person's looks and identity over their abilities. I bey she would NEVER HIRE A CONSERVATIVE PERSON WHO IS A PROBLEM SOLVER TO HELP HER.
Hi Jack - thanks for your note. Allows for the clarifying point that the intention and practice (as highlighted by the conversation in the episode) is in fact agnostic of general/topical attributes and more towards finding people with real/practical knowledge, diversity in experience, across cultures, and broad problem solving approaches to offer the best solution for customer/clients. The idea is to avoid any one person’s singular approach/bias and/or team’s group think and replace it with a collective of varied opinions that is in the best interest of those being served by the team. Hope that helps clarify things a bit.
@@PeopleQuotient the problem is that liberals fight tooth and nail to keep problems problems and will not work to fix them. in San Francisco they were given $1.3M to build a single stall bathroom on city owned land with sewage and water already plumbed and ALL THE WORK AND SUPPLIES WERE DONATED buy because CITY, STATE, PLANNING AND BOARD FEES they did NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR A 3YEAR PROJECT TO BUILD AN OOEN PIT TOILET. THAT is PROOF liberals STAND IN THE WAY of helping others unless they get a cut in their pocket. THE CITY, STATE AND OTHERS SHOULD HAVE WAIVED THE FEES for the greater good of the Citizens and found a better use of the $1.3M like building more bathroom stalls.
Where it starts falling g apart is when you don’t let them do the 80% at what there good at but force them to do the 20% they hate !
Hi Gary: thank you for sharing. Agree with you!! I think great managers are able to figure out what that 80% is vs 20% and that intentionally or otherwise they are over indexing on the 20% and hence course correct.
😂😂 I thought this was satire but this guy is serious 😂
Loved this interview and insight!
Thank you Renee. Glad you enjoyed the discussion.
The sound is ass

"We move faster when we're transparent, when we're honest, and when we're ourselves." 😊
Hi Chase - thanks for this. What Israel says is so true. Honesty, while sometimes can be tricky to deliver or digest, always leads to clarity which increases speed to action.
