If you're asking what gear to use for farming Corpseburster in IA, honestly, if you're just doing 1-ARC or 2-ARC runs, you can wear pretty much anything. Something simple like the crafted set Order’s Wrath works perfectly fine and is easy to put together. If you’re asking about sets for trials like Releq, I recommend checking out Skinny Cheeks’ website: www.skinnycheeks.gg/necromancer. While it hasn't been updated for a few patches, it’s still a great reference for builds and setups. If you’re really keen on optimizing, head over to www.esologs.com/. It’s an amazing tool to analyze your own performance and see what top players are running. As for race, I personally use Dark Elf for all stamina builds and High Elf for magicka builds. That said, running Khajiit for a stamcro is totally fine too! Just make sure to frequently check your CMX stats and ensure your crit damage doesn’t exceed the cap. If it does, you’ll need to adjust your setup accordingly.

For pure single-target scenarios, double charged may perform slightly better, but the difference is minimal. I prefer using Nirnhorned because it tends to perform better in real combat situations. Plus, I’m not too keen on crafting an extra dagger just for a few hundred DPS difference.

As for your question about gear, yes, you can use Null Arcanist to replace Relequen, but keep in mind that Relequen typically provides slightly better damage if you’re consistently landing your Light Attacks (LA). If you’re missing a lot of LAs, Null Arcanist might perform more reliably.

If you're running with a consistent core group where the tank can reliably stack all the mobs in fixed positions, then using the Corpseburster setup to spam Detonating Siphon works fine. However, you'll need to swap Carve and Trap on the backbar for other AoE skills. If this isn’t the case, this rotation isn't ideal for trash pulls.

Yes, Velothi works perfectly fine for Dragonknight in actual combat scenarios. If you're focusing on dummy parses and don't want to farm Kilt, you could consider using an arena weapon on the backbar. Additionally, allocate your blue CP to include Backstabber, and you'll be good to go!

In single-target fights, Null Arca and Runecarver are both solid choices, along with Nirn. While Runecarver may have a slightly lower damage proc, it consistently hits the intended target, unlike Null and Nirn, which can sometimes proc on the wrong target. That’s why, in the ESO log, you saw people using Null Arca and Runecarver in the DSR last boss fight. However, given that Runecarver has a slightly lower damage proc, I switch it to Nirn when testing on a dummy. As for choosing between Null Arca and Coral, Null Arca in actual fights reduces the need to keep stamina below 33%, making the last boss fight in DSR easier to manage.

For sure! Selene is solid on Stamden, Sorc, and Blade. Meanwhile, Zaan tends to work better for DKs and Plars. For Necro, honestly, either set can work, so it’s down to your preference or the fight specifics

Thanks! Sure, I can explain how I get 2 Crux while casting Fatecarver. First, the Arcanist’s Inspired Scholarship grants you a Crux if you currently have none. To avoid wasting Crux generation, you want to prevent situations where Banner gives you a Crux when you already have none or three Crux. When Banner generates Crux, it’s essential to plan your next five moves. For example, if I’m casting Beam and Inspired Scholarship grants me a Crux because I had none, then right as I finish my Beam, Banner grants me another Crux, bringing me to two. In this case, I’ll use either one skill or five before my next Fatecarver, but never two, three, or four. Using one skill allows me to quickly cast another skill and then a Flail right after Fatecarve, enabling me to resume Beaming within two seconds. I’ll still have three seconds before Banner grants another Crux, ensuring that Inspired Scholarship will trigger before Banner does. Alternatively, casting five skills before Fatecarve lets me reach three Crux without needing Flail, as Banner will add another Crux within that five-second window. Similarly, if you get the Crux from Banner in the last second before Beam ends, you can choose to cast one Flail or four non-Flail skills at the end of Beam, but never two or three. And so on. I'm currently using the Fiery Banner on dummy, which boosts DOT. You’re right that Beam is an AOE, but it's also a DOT, so both Shattering Banner and Fiery Banner work similarly for Beam. As for Flail, it is indeed an AOE, and using Fiery Banner does mean missing out on a boost to direct AOE damage like Flail. However, if you look closely, Flail only makes up about 1.8% of my total damage, which is quite minimal. On the other hand, DOTs like Trap, Burning, and Poisoned-which are single-target DOTs-contribute significantly more to my overall damage. That said, I’m definitely open to trying Shattering Banner in practical scenarios since it would enhance Azure’s damage. So far, though, I’ve noticed that my teammates often go with the Magical Banner, which you might want to consider. It boosts Inspired Scholarship, something that both Shattering and Fiery Banner overlook.

Like some skills from the top 10 damage done list we use deals either elemental or physical damage so they get nothing from the magical banner. Although I still fill like sharp banner's gonna be better (need to test this, ofc), I can understand fiery banner, but why does everyone use magical one? What do I miss? No clue

You need to understand that the damage bonus provided by any Banner always covers half of all damage types. For example, the Shock Banner, which boosts DoT damage, and the Fiery Banner, which boosts Direct Damage, each account for 50% of all damage sources. Together, these two Banners effectively cover all possible damage. From this perspective, the Magical Banner is designed to maximize overall output by addressing a significant portion of the damage spectrum.

I actually don’t think Azure was really nerfed; it might look that way on paper, but Azure’s performance in U44 is still just as impressive in practice

The point in the bottom left is from an addon called WeaveDelays. It helps track the timing between skills and light or heavy attacks. If you’re having trouble staying consistent with your rotation, this addon should help improve your stability

@@lilweedhopper1970 Penetration isn’t something you need to focus on too much, as it’ll be close to cap due to debuffs like Alkosh or Breach on the dummy. For crit damage, just using medium armor alone on a Dragonknight won’t reach the cap, so I use the Kilt to make up the difference. If you don’t want to use the Kilt, you could slot a blue CP like Backstabber instead. For armor, I’d recommend 0-2 pieces of light and no heavy armor, as heavy armor doesn’t benefit DPS
