This is not ghee. 1 this is margarine not butter 2 to make ghee you melt butter and pour off the fat, leaving the milk solids (making clarified butter) that is more shelf stable. What you did was just boil of some of the water without the clarifying process.
This is the dumbest thing ive ever seen. Your using margarine a toxic sludge to try and make ghee which is made from butter

The butter separates into liquid fats and milk solids. Once separated, the milk solids are removed, which means that ghee has less lactose than butter.

@@user-ul1xq2db4f A tad bit yes.. but majorly unnoticed. In India, ghee is considered to be a good fat and healthy. It is often suggested to have one spoon a day first thing in the morning to maintain good health.
Ghee is made with butter.... becel is margerine and its oil based.
I understand ghee is butter not margarine. Why process the butter by boiling (rendering?) it?
@@bienerbina4555It's so you can remove the milk solids which will go bad pretty easily in hot, humid climates. You're left with the fat, which can be used for high temperature cooking.
@bienerbina4555 what the other commenter said, but it also adds a bit of a nutty flavor when you remove the milk solids
