Can this lift be accessed by public?

this chime used in eq hotel kuala lumpur and grand hyatt kuala lumpur for shuttle and main elevators. Also it's actually most common in south korea because the chime is from south korea.

Never heard this chime on a mid-rise lift

this v/o and chime were used in equatorial hotel in kl too and i think the first stage chime were common in korea too

Seems to be a mod or replacement from an older lift

Logic seems to be replaced in the late 2000s/early 2010s, Schindler M-Line normally doesn't use this type of cheap generic-sounding chime.
