Hello everyone! It's me... Beth! I love my life in Indiana & thought I'd share some of it with you! We have 5 acres in the country. I'm a wife, mother, & grandmother! I enjoy gardening and preserving. I spend a lot of my free time in Amish country. I'm all about bargain shopping no matter what I'm looking for. I am a prepper. I hope to share my stockpile, grocery hauls, Amish country, my gardens, canning, cooking, flea markets, auctions, and some of our own home improvements over time. I have no idea where I will be next, but an adventure is always around the corner!

Here is an AMAZING casserole that my granny use to make with the leftover Thanksgiving turkey. She also used her home canned turkey to make it as well. If you aren't a fan of turkey, chicken could be used as an alternative. This recipe requires very few ingredients & very little time. It's very flavorful & a much loved family recipe! Hello friends! I sure found some amazing bargains at this Amish salvage store! My grocery haul equaled out to $82 and I had a cart full.
