Why can't I use the seat to carry objects? How can I use it while shopping?
It's not recommended to use the seat to carry objects because it can affect the balance and stability of the rollator, potentially posing a safety risk. For carrying items while shopping, we recommend using the built-in basket or storage bag that comes with our rollators. These are specifically designed to hold your belongings securely without compromising the rollator's stability.
How much this wheelchair?
OK...makes sense, but is this just being over-cautious? How often do accidents like this actually happen?

Being disabled I have no choice but to do some of those things but my best Advice is Do Not Buy One with Plastic Caster Mounts like the one in this video as they are more prone to Snap Off than their all metal counterpart

I´M A DISABLED WOMAN OF 46 YEARS OLD FROM MEXICO, I´VE GOT BACTERIAL MENINGITIS AND USE A NORMAL WHEELCHAIR. I WANT A ROLLATOR BUT I HAVE NO BALANCE TO GO ON STREETS WITH IT AND WHERE I LIVED THERE´S A LOT OF HIGHT TOPS AND BROKEN SIDEWALKS WITH HOLES ON EACH STREET YOU FOUND WHERE EVER YOU GO, SO, UNTIL I CAN´T HAVE BALANCE THIS ADITMENT REALLY DON´T WORK, AT LEAST NOT FOR ME :(
