I'd start with picking one organic source by: 1. Finding out where your target audience "hangs out" online. It can be Facebook groups, Instagram, TH-cam, blogs, wherever. 2. Also, considering a traffic source that you're comfortable with yourself. That way you have a better chance of staying consistent and keep showing up (it takes a while to build things up organically). For example, if you hate the sound of your own voice, I wouldn't consider starting a podcast haha A combination of those will give you the best odds. As for the strategy, I'd suggest looking up your competitors and what they do and what works for them. Make it better and unique to your audience, add your story and brand if necessary. As you start getting a proof of concept organically and see some results, you can start thinking about paid ads (Facebook, Google, TH-cam etc.). That's the "scaling" part everyone always talks about. Hey, the way the upsell page works, you can't send people directly to it at any time. It only works in combination with the sales page preceeding it. BUT what you can do is create a regular sales page for that same upsell product (it would be a page with an order form, as opposed to one with offer accept/reject buttons like the upsell page) that you can send people to at any time. Let me know if this makes sense.

@@davidjames3494 first thing that comes to my mind is: Trigger = purchased product x in a specific funnel Action = send email (that contains the modified sales page link for the upsell offer). You can also do a workflow with the same trigger and action but in between those two there's a decision that decides who to send this email to (you'd exclude those who bought the upsell as well). That's the first thing that comes to my mind without knowing much more about your situation, so I hope this helps.

Once someone is given access to a course, they get an automatic email notification from systeme. Also, they can just log into their systeme account and check Dashboard -> Student Dashboard to access the course. Hope this helps!

Hey, you can either add your own logo by clicking on the "Logo" placeholder and then replacing it on the left hand side menu, OR just hover over the "logo" element until it has an orange border around it and click on the trash icon to delete it. If you don't have a logo right now, I wouldn't worry about it. It should be bottom of the priority list. Hope this helps!

Try "{first_name}" instead (as opposed to "[first name]" like you mentioned). Also, if you send yourself a test email, it will still show up as "{first_name}" regardless. It only works on actual broadcasts. So, to test that out, you can just send one actual email broadcast to yourself to see that it works. Another reason might be that you haven't collected their name on the landing page, so there is no name to add in the email. Let me know if any of this helps.

Hey Francesca, I'd try clicking on the whole row that contains these images and then scrolling all the way down on the left side menu to the option that says "Disable vertically Stacking rows on mobile devices". Did that help?

Yeah it's an order form, that's why it asks for credit card info. If you want to give away something for free, I'd consider creating a simple landing page with an automation connected to it that grants course access (or sends an email with whatever you want to give them). Does this help?

I'd consider 2 options: 1. I do this myself - you can attach your order bump digital product as an additional module in your course (the one that's the main offer on your sales page). That way you can just utilize the "partial access" function when setting up the main offer/order bump "resources" part (when you're connecting the sales page to the offer under step configuration in your funnel setup). So, the main offer would give them "partial access" to the course (all modules except the order bump one) and "partial access" to the same course when they buy the order bump (access to the last module). 2. If that's not possible, do an automation workflow where the trigger is a sale of a certain product and the action is sending them an email with the link to the standalone digital product. Although it sounds more complicated, I personally like the first option more because it keeps everything in one place when they buy it (easy to lose emails and pdfs), but nothing wrong with the second option. Thanks! If that happens way too often, I'd consider making the decline button more obvious. Also ideally both buttons should be above fold (as opposed to just having the buy button above the fold and the decline button out of sight). But I've done it this way for quite a while now and it hasn't been an issue. 1, maybe 2 accidental buys within the last year. Hope this helps!

Nothing too advanced. Mostly the quiz functionality can be used for collecting information and segmenting people in different categories by tagging the responses. Those tags can then be used as triggers in automations and you can have people automatically added to courses, communities and email campaigns (among other things) based on individual answers from these quizzes. That's what SIO provides. With the help of Zapier and other quiz tools you can do more things but it does tend to get pretty pricey. Hope this helps

Hey, technically you can go without tagging people and you will still be able to use the free plan, but I'm a big believer in tagging every vital step your customer takes through his journey with you to see what works in your marketing. As for the courses, as far as I remember the limit was 1 course on the free plan (if it's a course set up in your own SIO backend), so you can technically put all the courses under one as separate modules and give people different partial access levels to modules (as opposed to full access to a course) upon purchase. That way you can stay within the free plan. Hope this helps!

When you click on the form field you want to make mandatory, check on the left side menu where it has the option called "optional". Keep it unchecked to make it mandatory. Hope this helps.
