Welcome in! This space is for motivation on life’s journey. Emphasis on tarot and yoga, other subjects of support that seem fitting are here too. Tara has been a Yoga Alliance E 200 Teacher since 2003 and has been reading tarot and other forms deviation as far back as 1980. Videos of Tara's channeling are for entertainment purposes. If useing the yoga and heath videos make sure you are physical fit enugh to do the routine. Remember not everything here is for everyone; make sure to listen to the professionals in your life and your own knowledge and guides. The picture and banner image is of a painting by Tara; of the Tarot card, Wheel of Fortune. Tara is currently painting all 78 tarot cards, on 16"x 20" canvas with acrylic paint. Tara, thank you for explaining the ball mounts. I have been to many PT’s who have tried to explain how to walk and stand properly not until I started doing your video did I understand I need to use the bottom of my foot as a triangle not a straight line. I have never used the small ball mount under my small toes. I have been doing your video daily since it was posted. I look forward to more videos. Thank you!!!
