Bless you Dear friend!
Lucky algorithm pull! I learned pausing from my grandfather who can be aphasiatic at times, but it was not so obvious because the pauses seemed more intentional than uhm's etc. I also found that in my coaching career that students noticed my filler words much more regularly, especially teenagers that wanted to poke fun at me, and that a good pause lets everybody communicate a little more clearly and purposefully.
Intentional pauses help you set the pace. Especially in a negotiation, it's easy to get "pushed down the hill," and then you can't stop running. Set the pace and hold the pitch!
Just finished listening to this podcast, it was inspiring and pique my interest to check out toastmasters. Thank you ❤ If you're passionate and determined in what you want, it is important to practice to be successful.
Lots of great advice! I liked Toastmasters is my speaking gym, and anyone can talk, only some can Speak!!!

I disagree. Anyone can talk. Good speaking requires training, practice, and something worth saying. 🤔
This is such an awesome podcast. You are both amazing! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for listening/watching Irma. It's an honor to receive a compliment from a first-rate speaker like yourself.
