If you had it to do again would you buy a bigger model or diff brand? 100% happy or any changes if you could? Have a pile of 2-5K yards of topsoil and looking for a smaller size/price screener. Just dont want to get junk or be sorry. Cheers
It is a super nice size to move around and set up in a timely manner. Simple screener and runs well. Works well for running topsoil we went with this one to be able to easily do onsite screening and move from site to site but if you were just going to get one to sit in one spot and run a lot of dirt you could definitely look into bigger options.
Blew the engine in our 570 last month. May go with the 1000 next time. (Make sure you guys run 93 fuel, not 87 😂)
Cool video!
I have a 2020 1200 xls ez screen and I have had a welder to weld those bars six or seven times… you get a good bang for your buck for that Screener, but it definitely needs to be a little more robust
Niece job cleaning equipment
Making it look easy in the loader 😁
Nice Cat excavator is it a E110B or E120B
E110
Certified NRdirtworks classic banger
sure appreciate a new video
Love this video could you do a how it runs now
I would have never dumped dirt on the side with the fence. Must have been hard to get that dirt away from that fence line. Great video though!
what kind of camera do you have? love the idea
GoPro hero 7 black.

nice
You know it’s a good day when NRdirtworks posts a new video
Awesome Job. You guys are lucky. We are usually dealing with a high water table. I'm happy to get 24 inches to install a chamber system. The job we are working on now the water table is 3 inches. Keep up the good work, Tom
Thanks, Tom. And that is definitely some high water your dealing with!
Hey! Didn’t see or heard anything about the telematics man!
Hello friend. Nice to meet you. I support you with a great video.
I enjoy your content. Can you show installing one of those catch basins? Are they made from colvert pipe? Thanks
Thanks. Yes they are made out of high grade culvert pipe.
It would be very interesting to watch the process of you guys installing one. Thanks again, Tom
@@tomthelandscaper Okay I will record more In depth when if we install another one. Thanks for the feedback!
Awesome
I love drainlines
Thank you for your hard work on the excavator in the cold weather. Have a happy day today.🇰🇷🌄🙋👍
I have the 95 and wish I had the backup camera. Really like it. I did check on the camera and Kubota wanted a crazy price for it. I do a lot of dirt work and brush hogging . So far I'm very pleased with the machine.
Yes the backup camera is definitely a game changer to be able to see in your blind spots.
I like the LEVER control one for drive/ steer. Other for ( Joy stick) have you put a blade on front for grading/Finish work. Just asking because ( Case & NH) have come out with a 6 way blade on the front. I can bet that Kabota is a LOT cheaper cost wise than those super size skid steers. Very nice looking skid steer.
Nope we have not ran a blade on it.
@@nrdirtworks9253 Thank you for your comment back. I think these super size skid steers. Are what I remember in the late 70s. The amount of manufacturers that made a small Dozer. The Case 450-C was fast. But the International 125 had just more Power JD 450s were the best with the (T) handle lever for 6 way blades. But that was old school small Dozers, that were only available at time.
When winters are no more I’ll be telling my Grand children about the great blizzard of 2022!
This storm was bad at my house Which is in the Buffalo NY North town Suburbs about 2 feet was on the ground Christmas Day and had Blizzard conditions non stop from December 23 at 9AM till December 24 at 10PM about 2 Feet fell but the high winds gusting between 35 and 75 mph caused 4-6 foot drifts and the snow was heavy thick icy snow and temperatures were between 8 degrees and 20 degrees Fahrenheit with wind chills between 15 degrees and -20 degrees Fahrenheit while the snow was falling even some of the highlifts were struggling in it and even with travel bans in place there were still hundreds of cars that got stuck on main and secondary streets
u need a 24 foot metal pless no need to clean up ur lines . to time consuming
Yeah definitely have to clean up the lines. That’s the difference between a professional and someone who just does it. Two places we plow require the lines cleaned up. One being a large global aerospace engineering and manufacturing company and the other being multiple grocery store locations. Scappers don’t take the time to do a good job because they over book themselves. Site and dirt work contractors book what they can do and do well. Foot deep spill over lines definitely need to be cleaned up. If the freeze, they can cause damage to low sitting cars, which most cars are now a days.
Camera quality looks different pretty neat
Nice kiT. Would spin screen 90 degrees short slew and not working over another machine. easy pick up of tailings from one spot.
Where are you guys located?
Does your 570 have a ticking noise?mine does
Nice video guys..that's a nice combination you have..
Thanks!
I love when father nolan uploads
Always the first one to hit the like button
That's a nice handy machine you have there.
just ordered the EZ-100 might have it in 3 weeks its smaller
Sweet! They are great screeners.
Boy wouldn't I love to have that screen, hard to justify right now
Bucket is a little big...
Because it's a trenching bucket... No need to dig a big wide trench for an itty bitty water line. Just more to fill back in at the end.
24inch standard size
10 inch for laying small pipe.
Truly amazing content💯💯💯
Nice work! Was that a 24" grading bucket you used to dig that hole? I saw teeth on that bucket and a blade connected to those teeth or the bucket.
Yes 24 inch bucket with a cutting edge on it.
Been wanting to get into screening some dirt to sell Let me know if its worth the investment Thanks for making video
Very much worth it. We screen both topsoil and stone with this screener.
Nice video.. What did the anchors fasten on to?
Cables that held the the hops plants into the air.
33 or 040? Are you happy with yours or do you wish you had more hp?
That was a 33 very powerful for its size but we upgraded to a 57 more hp is nice.
080 hehe
some one did a lot of refurbishing work to that CAT excavator. Is it a E110B or E120B. Looks very nice, how many hours on it since so much work [I mean time] and money was spent on it.
Thank you. Yes an E110.
How do you like the 57 ? It's a great machine, wide enough to be stable but narrow enough for the between the wheels trailer.
It’s a great machine very stable with lots of power!
That's a nice set up you have. Do you do much lot cleaner?
Yeah quite a bit of lot clearing
I snow scooped my whole yard this afternoon
Snow plow
nice plowing
Smooth operator, nice job 👏
Nice ,have to waterproof a Basement and their is a lot of clay ,how well would this escalator work in clay or is it a overkill for digging up next to house foundations
Would work well in clay and not to big for next to a house.
