Hi, I'm very satisfied with the tractor. There are not that much electronics that you need to be afraid of, it's only the gearbox that is controlled with electronics. I payed little less than 17.000e for mine.

You can't have the pump flow oil constantly out to the rototilt (you overheat the oil and pump) but you need a servo assisted valve to control the flow out in the hammer hydraulics. That's were the tricky part is. Newer machines have that but older ones have a manual fot pedal to control the flow. The price for a complete Engcon DC-2 system is around 20k SEK

@@lescardy74 Exactly! The electric/hydraulic vale starts to flow more the more I turn one of the thumbwheels.

Thank you for the kind words. That soil screening bucket works but it is touch on the pins and bushings. A 'standalone' unit would be much better.

I don't really know coz there were no one willing to help me. Every shop just told me that the machine is to old for us to work with, so I didn't have any option than do it myself :)

@@hownot2mill561 Sorry there was no hydraulic diagram with the unit. In fact all documents are sparse and just covers the basic service stuff.

Thanks, that might be possible but there are so tight down in the valve body. I didn't want to go that route :) The grab is from start a bought one but it is modified alot through the years. It came with the excavator so I don't know the modell, sorry. Good luck with your machine!

Hej, I just looked at my hydraulic schematic for the machine and put some T-fittings to the servo lines (25bar). As my machine already have servo assisted digging controls, it was pretty easy :)

Hi, the valve is from an old forklift and kinda unknown. The only thing it says on the valve is: thomas technik 24v 0.98A 100%ED/028 7Y. That dosn't come up much on google tho. My cable is/was also a push and pull but I wanted the returnline to go in the large pipe so that's why I wanted a push function.

DEnt it is bo problem to tune it with DC2? 24v sounds strange, is machine 12v system?

Yes, alot of things makes it hard to tune. The 24v works surprisingly well on 12v.
