God knew people would be cremated or burned in accidents he is very clear with is on what to do and what not to do he also gives us the holy door it to discern what to do. Words like planted and buried you can plant and bury ashes too .

And they would not dare to write about the miracles that not only Jesus, but also his disciples, could perform. If there were the Church in our time as described by the authors of the New Testament books, where miracles are performed, the sick are healed, where prophesied, and the dead are raised, no one would doubt the historicity of Christ. Then there would be the same controversy throughout the world as in the first century - Jesus the Son of God or the false prophet who seduces the world by miracles. As a result, we can say that the emergence and development of christian sects and atheism was the result of the fact that over the 2000 years the Сhurch of Christ did not exist. Cremation is accelerated decomposition of the body, no more or no less. The people that are already dust, that passed away centuries ago, are as accelerated andividulaes cremated.

Bottom line, if you are worried aboutthis, what do you think happens to a person if he is in a car that is in an accident and gets burned alive.....nothing. Clever one for discussion , what about those that have been burnt to death in a car accident , explosion ? What about those who are blown apart in war ? What about those that were murdered and their bodies burnt to hide evidence ? Its the same as cremation , when you look at the old testament burnt sacrifices , its the same thing , when mom burns the sunday roast , its the same thing , even in cremation , all thats left is ash , ash is dust . Its the condition of the spirit that matters , lets look at Lazurus' resurection , his body was dead and 4 days in an open tomb , in a very hot climate , it was rotten and full of maggots . When Jesus raised him from the dead , he waited till the body was rotten to show that He has the creative power of God our Father . If you look , you find that there were many who were eaten and torn apart by wild animals in the bible too , they rose from their graves in Jerusalem when Jesus was dying , to announce the news of who he was before going back to the graves , the only thing that qualifies a body to live is a spirit . Have you heard the phrase when someone dies , 'he's given up the ghost' , that shows that , even in medievil times , they knew man was a spirit being that lived in a body and had an interlect .

I agree with that being said. I think an intact burial is more symbolic of Jesus death and resurrection. I was considering cremation but couldn't get comfortable. I had some elderly Christian friends, a married couple. Both are gone now. The husband went first and the wife was so against cremation she said if her husband would've chosen cremation she wouldn't have had him cremated. I believe it's an individual's decision to be respected. I respect my dad's decision to be cremated. My mama's being buried intact and i will carry the wishes out accordingly. I think some people would defy a loved one's wishes for intact burial and pocket the rest of the life insurance payout. I know times are tough but no i would never defy one's final wishes.

If women are admonished to not even do intricate braiding of their hair or go after jewellery, or expensive clothes, things that can be put aside, than I rather err on the safe side and have nothing to do with tattoos. We are to foster humility and modesty. A tattoo screams "look at me!". I'm sure the same rule applies for men as well, since Christ was humble. Plus that Bible verse that one can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, if totally taken out of context. It literally means 'endure'. The apostle Paul knew abundance and he knew lack. He could handle both situations through Christ. It has nothing to do with winning the Tour de France. At all.

I don't think cremation is for me but it nearly standard procedure in my family. In the case of my paternal grandparents it was the least expensive way to take a portion of their ashes to Glasgow, Scotland. Where my grandfather was born and where the family plot is. My grandmother would want to go with him and my youngest uncle would have wanted to be with his parents. One portion is at Arlington National Cemetery and the other portion is in Glasgow. My father will want the same when his time comes. My grandfather, father and uncle were veterans, US Army in my uncle's case, US Air Force in my grandfather and my father's case. My grandfather, my father and I were born in Scotland, Glasgow in my grandfather and father's case, Edinburgh in mine

Well since god doesn't exist and jesus doesn't exist, the question is irrelevant. What is common amongst us all is that when we die we all die the same. And afterward, there is nothing, no hell, no heavin, no afterlife, just nothing. For those that think there is something, they will take the "think" to their death and after that all of us are the same, dead with nothing to follow. I don't think people fully understand. When you die your soul is no longer attached to your physical body. Those who have died and came back tells the same thing when they recall their experiences. They are neighter alive nor dead.

this doesn’t apply to today, we go based off the new testament not the old testament, read the bible in context. when the bible said not to get tattoos it’s because the people of the old testament got tattoos for the wrong reasons because they worship a foreign god. one of the way they worshipped the foreign god is that they would cut themselves and tattoo themselves as a way to worship and communicate with the dead. so if you get a tattoo for the wrong reasons that’s what the scripture talks about but if you get a tattoo for the right reasons then then you’re okay.
