Endlich mal ehrliche Worte. Als betroffener Kunde (der immer noch wartet) hätte ich mir diese Ehrlichkeit vor mind. einem Jahr gewünscht!

Sorry verstehe all die Probleme auch wenn man wie ich 2 Jahre schon wartet. ABER warum muss ich zufällig auf dieses Video stoßen und nicht aktiv von Sunlight die Kommunikation Richtung Kunde aufgenommen. Das würde wahrscheinlich einiges für alles Seiten entspannter machen und wahrscheinlich auch Verständnis beim Kunden hervorrufen.

Ja vergessen viele das das gsnze Jobs gekostet hat...
