You are 5 ft 11 and ur bmi should be max 180 pounds so h were 8 pounds over which isn’t too bad .. but if u wanna get down to 148 good for u .. u didn’t have much to lose to get to an optimal bmi

When I was skinny in my early 20's, I had no confidence. When I gained weight, still have no confidence. When I lost weight and realized how beautiful I was in my 20's, I gained confidence in my 30's. Funny how that works? Also, it helps that I have money to invest in plastic surgery. I got a nose job and it boosted my self-esteem. I no longer have to worry about how my nose will look. I love the way I look! Also, my skin cleared up, I have no longer have acne, just scars that I'm working towards minimizing. Thus I barely wear makeup.
No matter what you choose, diet, exercise or meds. Weight loss is not easy. I recently shared my story on my channel, on how I lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks, which could be really helpful to anyone struggling with weight loss.
I was 150-155 and 5'0, I'm now 138.5 pounds, My goal is 120 pounds.
I suggest you watch Abbey Sharp for some sound and healthy dietary advice so you don’t end up with an eating disorder

starting weight loss journey! 207 on december 17 and now january 17 i’m 199, got covid so stopped in between that month but now getting back to it with 100% more motivation and determination! just writing this here to see it in a few months and see my progress :)
This story sounds EXACTLY like mine. Like to the tee.. the body type, the weight, the softball, transferring schools, not enjoying playing, and eating feelings until you grow up and find some balance and using exercise as a tool for health not athletic performance. Basically you told us nothing.
The treats in my opinion are what made a difference for me. For example, I was restricting my calories and working out but every now and then I craved chocolate so I would have a treat-sized kitkat (instead of the whole full-size) or I would have 1 lindt lindor instead of all 3. It would tame the craving and allow me to be consistent with my new life style.

i weigh 175 lbs i'm 11 so ima try to work out and eat healthy and come back in about 8 months-1 year and see if it worked 🤧🤧😁😁

Literally my entire life until around the end of 16 years I was at a normal and healthy weight. I was happy with myself. Then, out of nowhere, I gained 25 fucking pounds. Like??? What??? It makes me so upset. I’ve always had my ideal body and now I feel gross.

I’m 5’2 and 160ish pounds (Ik it’s bad) and I’ve never gotten diagnosed with depression but it’s the only thing that people would understand bc the symptoms of it, I have. Anyway my goal is 120 so 40 pounds. And I can’t get motivated for the life of me. I’ll work out for a week and then I’ll just tell myself that I can’t do it, so I stop. I’ve been doing this and telling myself I would start tomorrow for almost 9 months. I feel terrible. My mental health is declining and I just want to be confident. If anyone here struggles with depression and has successfully lost weight please tell me how and how to get motivated

Omg I don’t normally comment on videos. But this is the most RELATABLE weight loss video I have watched. I started my weight loss journey at the start of this summer. I am 165cm and i weigh around 120 pounds. Ik it's not much but my body looks not in shape. My thighs are thick. Basically all my weight moved to my lower body which makes me look out of shape and it is making me lose so much confidence in myself. Now that i watched ur video i am really motivated to start working out. Thankyou so much for the tips. I've been through the same eating out feelings during the whole lockdown period :(
