GardenFit was created by Madeline Hooper, an expert gardener who has been
cultivating 10 acres in upstate New York for over 30 years. Madeline is joined by
Season Two’s fitness instructor Adam Schersten to introduce a new approach to
gardening based on the premise that gardening should be joyful, not painful.
GardenFit is a first-of-its-kind fusion of stunning garden tours and common-sense
self-care, teaching viewers how to take care of their bodies while taking care of
their gardens.
