its very unfortunate, but pickpockets are found in different countries,...as a matter if fact Rome, London, Madrid n other cities in Europe are notorious for pickpockets...always just be careful especially in crowded areas....

So really be extra careful around foreigners. The other 5 cons I have been witness too , were done by Americans. Get cargo pants with a zipped front pocket with a flap that you can add Velcro. On the inside of the pocket you can add a small loop and even clip your wallet to that.

All you have to do is never put or place your wallet or purse behind your pocket at your jeans or pants.. coz its easy for pickpockets to steal your wallet.. always bring a bag pack and put it inside your bag so you'll never lose your wallet or purse.. it works for me when i was there in Philippines years ago..
