Very good video thank you for doing it. I save money buy only buying food that will get eaten.
A saving is a saving you should not feel embarrassed what so ever
Fantastic, thank you so much…. let’s hope your Chanel grows as clearly it should….. keep going ❤
I enjoyed your video thank you
Morrisons delivery starts at 150. Some of there cheaper range is delicious. Especially the tea and coffee. Good video thank you for doing it. I have saved a, lot of time and money switching to morrisons delivery.
How did you do a blind taste test when it was one of you that cooked it all 🤔
The Aldi frozen Pizzas are the best, taste amazing! Happy new year and thank you for another amazing video xx
I love this video so much! I just wanted to point out that in the coffee section one of them was decaff but overall this was exactly the video I was looking for!
Please explain how you felt embarrassed for walking around with the cheap range of food in your trolley but were ok filming your shopping in the shop. People have got everything back to front nowadays. P.S I'm not being critical of your content. I think it's very good and informative.
Should test Lidl Coke, the full sugar not the diet. It's close to the real thing.
It would be interesting to know the amount of sugar in each. I think they add extra sugar to some brands to try to make them more attractive.
Tesco Aldi lidl thank me later
I tried it with the same result
We blind taste tested Aldi Cola against pepsi, coke and a couple of others and it won !!! Great video
Not a single piece of fresh veg or fruit, you bought chemicals not food
Nice one for checking out all these products in a clear way..
Limescale remover..... leave it come back and magic.... therapeutic even
I would never have guessed you could use limescale remover in a kettle!! 😲
Nicely done, this actually helped, thanks
Aww I’m so glad! Thank you! ☺️
Really entertaining and well produced video! Couldn't believe it when I checked your sub count! Keep up the great work, you'll go far!
Aww thank you!!! 😊🤞🏽
Really enjoyed this. I do like most of the Aldi goods, and there used to be some great items in the Tesco budget ranges. It really makes you question the price of some branded products!
Thank you ☺️ Oh for sure! Has Tescos really changed then?
Never seen you before, never seen this channel before, it just came up as suggested after watching someone else. Had to do a double take because your thumb nail looked like Vanessa Hudgens, anyway tangent aside, loved the content regardless of my earlier confusions.
😂 I’ve never had that one before but I’ll absolutely take the compliment! And thank you, I’m glad you liked it x
Bit of food skooling for you here guys, about 20 odd years ago I moved to the SW and got a job at a "Dairy factory" as that was all that was available at the time, we used to make custurd, trifles etc and individual deserts , Waitrose value trifles where the same as ASDA's premium and the same went for the yogurts and other stuff so this is why you get these results...nuff said
I’d love to be a fly on the wall!
Funnily enough M&S have the best own brand ketchup and it's cheap.
How cheap are we talking? They’ve got some pretty big shoes to fill in my humble opinion 😂
Thanks for doing this. I’m not surprised Aldi did well. They always used to pride themselves on having a small selection (remember when the cashiers had to learn all the prices by heart), but having a good version of each product. Nowadays they have a bigger range and a few main brand products as well as some more premium products but you can usually count on their basic stuff being both good quality and well priced.
Aldi really did blow me away! That is interesting though that the staff had to learn the prices! I’ll for sure be back!
Loved this well done ! Still laughing at the rich tea/ digestive experience lol
Just glad she went first 😂
I watched this video mainly to see the peanut butter comparison section and you came to the same conclusion as I did. I've tried all brands of peanut butter (leading brand and shops own) And out of all of them I like the cheap T.E Stockwell from Tesco. I must get through a jar every 10 days. The flavour and texture is just spot on and perfect on hot buttered crumpets. Well done girls.👍🏼
PEANUT BUTTER ON CRUMPETS?? why have I never tried this combo!
@ you'll love it. I also sprinkle a little salt on the peanut butter whatever I have it on... Well WHY not? You can get salted peanuts after all.
Ive tried multiple brands of peanut butter but none of them compare to Sun Pat, cheap ones like Aldi's own taste watery and hardly any flavour
I expected them to all taste the same. I still can’t believe how many varieties of taste you can get from seemingly standard peanut butter!
I like having the cheapest products shouting at you from the shelf in bright colours or very plain white like the tesco own brand used to be, it makes it easier to find on the shelf and thus quicker to get out the shop, I hate the new branding of the cheap range in Tesco it does my head in. the fish fingers are different fish, some use cod in the basic range others are pollock, I like the Sainsburys best because they are cod, don't like pollock at all it has a strange unpleasant taste to me which is what Tesco use and is in a lot of generic fish products these days, basically if it doesn't say on the front of the box what fish is used in the finger or fillet or cake its normally pollock or basa.
Ahhhhh, I think you cracked the case with the fish fingers! Very interesting 🤔 And that’s an interesting take on the packaging. I definitely see where you’re coming from. It took me a while to wrap my head around when researching brands to make this video.
That's a nice dress
Thank you! 😊
Well done girls
Thank you my lovely x
6:30 aldi & Tesco 😅
If you know, you know 😂
I've noticed the Asda frozen ready meals look like they're made by the same manufacturers, same plastic container and same variety of products, but Asda ones are £1 and at Tesco they're 85p.
They are made by the same company, but each supermarket will have it's own variation on the recipe, quality of ingredients etc.
I think I saw that actually on a channel 4 TH-cam doc 🤔
Lidl I don't like Aldi
ohhhh… is Lidl better than ALDI? 😮
Im so jealous your really gorgeous whats your secret?😮
😂 Hunn firstly, you’re stunning! But thank you for the compliment and I like to give credit to my filler guy ✊🏽
Brilliant video ❤
Thank you hunn ❤️
No coop ?
It didn’t make the cut this time 😂 Lidl even got the boot!
I have to applaud the high production and great content of this video. Really enjoyed it! Would be great to see a video testing Supermarket dupes of different popular takeaways 🤔
Thank you so much!! I’ve been practicing editing for 2 years now and still a LONG way to go. I just figured out yesterday why it uploaded so dark 😂 everyday is a school day. That’s such a great idea! I’ve always been interested in trying them knock off mcdonalds items from, I think it’s ASDA? But great shout, thank you!
Do you have any experience in TV? I can’t believe how natural you look in this, I feel like I’m watching a channel 4 investigates show, just the same with the editing
Aww thank you for the lovely words!! 😊I’ve done odd bits and bobs but never presented a show. That would be amazing 😍 taught myself to edit through TH-cam! So may amazing courses out there!
Aldi has my heart always ❤
I don’t blame you!
@shereece_marc just to make you aware of an error, at 6:36 with regards to the Tea round, you accidentally referred to Sainsbury’s as Aldi on your commentary.
Cheers for pointing that out! ❤️ I spotted it after uploading it.. typical 🙄
Random recommendation and I am glad I watched. Really interesting and very well presented, new sub and will be off to watch your older vlogs later. 👍👏🤝
Aww, thank you so much 😊
Love you girls a breath of fresh air ❤❤❤❤
Aww, thank you my darling 🥰❤️
@@shereece_marc you welcome 🤗 just keep on with your videos they are brilliant to watch and I've made changes to my shopping because of you two ladies x
A lot of these are not economy brands, they are standard tier own brand. Not a fair test.
Hey, I tried to do this as fair as possible. when I did my research I found that supermarkets have a different approach to their economy ranges. ASDA have one ‘just essentials’ range in uniformed packaging but Tesco took away their uniformed range and split it into several economy ranges like Stockwell and Hearty Food Co. Etc. Sainsbury’s was the only one that had a very limited range so I found their cheapest options for some items which were very similar in price.
Aldi being the cheapest supermarket have to.pay staff to pick orders. Which cost more. Hence the extra charge.
Oh, ok I see the logic. But £5? Seems a little steep?
NONE
I love Tesco ketchup!
BUT HAVE TOU TRIED ASDA’s ? Still not over it 😍
@ sadly my nearest Asda is over an hour away
