King of pomilo in Cambodia

That’s a very lovely place. I love the various design aspects incorporating ancient and modern Cambodian art. Too much brown decor so it may need more vibrant cheerful colors. Other than that, it is really nice. Maybe I will try it the next time we are in Cambodia. I wish there were more Cambodian restaurants outside of Cambodia, including elegant fine dining and casual drive thru restaurants. About the Cambodian desserts/snacks, some of my favorites are the Palm Cakes with Coconut Custard, Coconut Black Sesame Wafers, and Sweet Corn Tapioca. For the Coconut Black Sesame Wafers, I tried using it as an ice cream cone scooping my favorite cream into it, and it was absolutely delicious! The Khmers should try it and be creative with their foods as well. Cambodian foods are some of the best in the world and more people need to become more aware of it. There are so many misconceptions about Cambodia and their foods. Hopefully, more people will experience and learn or explore more about it. Great marketing skills and networking could really help. 😊
