Need little more information about tour guide, hotel
We booked the one day tour via Egypt Eye. The good thing is that you can tailor the itinerary to your needs. Whether you need a photographer or just transportation, they can adjust accordingly. As for the hotel, we picked Conrad Cairo. As a side note, using Uber for short transfers may be a better idea, as the pricing is transparent.
Can you mention which month visited,
We visited in late March to early April where the temperature is cosy (~19-23 degrees C). I would recommend to avoid summer time (May to Aug)
Even though they are often praised, the people and culture of Thailand are still underrated. I think foreign visitors would be surprised by how urbane and sophisticated Bangkok can be.
